The last sports box I bought on BO was a 2018 Chronicles Fat Pack box for $999 in November 2020. That was when Luka PSA 10s were all getting $200+ and it was $10 to grade. All those base have been cut to half or even a third, and it costs $30 to grade. But guess what the price is? Still $999! BO seems disinterested in selling most of the product they have available.

Because they know a person wanting to break boxes still would buy it and the breaker would get people to buy spots so they could make a 500-1000 profit still. As long as people are degenerate gamblers prices will be high.

You think demand for that product is the same today as it was 18 months ago? Pricing doesn’t need to follow lockstep with demand, but they should somewhat resemble each other. Unless you pull a Bronze or Gold Score Luka, your box is a loser. If I remember correctly, Luka didn’t have autos in the fat pack boxes.

Theres some hobby packs. Looks like WWE Prizm, 20-21 Flux, Revolution, 13-14 Hoops. Not familiar with baseball. Looks like some Sapphire, Ben Baller. Those are Online or MC and not considered hobby I guess.

The Hoops Premium 8 card packs are from Megas. Those are going for $70 and have 10 packs.

I know I'll end up buying one because I'm a sucker and love to complain but then not change bad habits. At least this year I will 100% open what I get unlike last year where I sold everything off which was anti-climatic.

They are packs for a Transcendent party made by Topps. I don't specifically know which release in that instance. Could be more than one.

It's at least 10 packs, will probably be more than that unless you're getting some really high end packs.

When some of the packs included are $5-10 then they will LIKELY need to have over 10 packs.

I'd expect alot of high priced Bowman Jumbo type packs, or overpriced older basketball retail to fill some pricing space in there.

The most expensive basketball pack I see is 13-14 Hoops Jumbo.

That was the good thing about the Holiday Pack Party. They were by sport.

I dont want to buy a box and have to open some UFC or Baseball packs!

Yes and I wouldn't want a prizm wwe pack valued at like $50-60. Not saying it's junk, just not my cup of tea.

Will the pre-order boxes have the same chance at the bigger chase elements as the batch that goes to in person buyers at the National? Last year Houdini had a skid of these that hit signed memorabilia at an absurd rate compared to pre-order buyers.

My whole box was Baseball last year, I don't collect Baseball.

Thankfully the most expensive box I was able to resell to mitigate the loss
