The team will be a separate investigation. I don’t think they threw him under the bus as much as they just tried to cover their own butt. Can’t really throw someone under the bus when they are paying good money (allegedly) to lay under it.

But there are lots of articles (PFF, NBC, etc…) about contract loopholes

I probably won’t reply but just to put it out there

You have been pretty consistent that you don’t like it or Watson but the reality is he’s a Brown. So we could make fun of you but it would fall flat

However we can make fun of the Browns for selling their soul to finally get a franchise QB for him to never play a snap.

Either way this looks very far from over. Due diligence be damned, huh.

They aren’t rescinding the trade so it’s about getting cap space back now (potentially)

If his 24 lawsuits don't settle, the trials will go into 2024. At this point, it raises the question if he could miss next season too...
