Got a box at my LCS yesterday- was a fun rip. Lots of packs to open and affordable compared to other stuff. Some nice parallels (Davies /199, Reyna /199, Kotchap RC gold /50 (EPL target)), some nice sparkle foils of Wirtz, Schick, etc, cool looking Marvels-esque image variation of Diaby, Pepi's first Bundi card, etc. I thought it was a lot of fun, especially for the money. There are some super nice cards lurking out there too- Jude/Lewa/Davies/Szobo autos, Haaland variations, low# parallels, etc).

Rookies definitely seem light. Has anyone seen a checklist with RCs designated on it? Pretty hard to believe BVB doesn't have anyone. ^ I'm not sure that guy/gal even watches much football. All of his analysis seems based on nothing more than how many goals / assists and what their transfermarkt / FIFA Ultimate Team rating page says. He's got one of the best players on the whole list written off as someone not worth any hype, and gets his age wrong lol - infact the ages of numerous players are wrong.

I watched a couple case breaks, very very few cards worth over $50 and the base cards are not worth shipping

I’ll go with $65 just because I feel sellers will be morally averse to setting a price too close to what they think they should get for a typical blaster re-sale. … but agree Accountant really not much value and a lot of the design aesthetics are odd.

People forget quickly that no one wanted the CHROME version of this at a smaller volume just 3 years ago. And then Haaland/Reyna happened. And then everything got crazy.

I'm honestly enjoying it. It's good to throw your #@#@#@#@ on the fire every now and again and have a reset. Hopefully this is the start.

Topps needs to learn a few things.

NOBODY wants multiple Bundesliga releases. NOBODY. The only reason people were buying the stuff was because a billion to one fluke - covid happening and the Bundesliga being the only league to be playing. It was literally the only major sport in the world at the time + Jadon Sancho / Timo Werner & Kai Haavertz, followed up with Haaland and Reyna.

Please let it die now.

easiest is with the 1/1 non-autos.

200 cards in the set

200 total "foilfractors" in the print run then

1 inserted every 4,968 packs

Run the numbers and you can come up with it. Easy with these single-SKU products. Much more difficult with others. Nearly impossible with things like Prizm (panini doesn't publish pack-odds).

I watched a three case break of this last night (for my sins). There was one box that contained two 1 of 1's in the same packet(!) but other than that, it was horrendous.

$25 a box would still seem like you got stiffed.
