I hadn’t thought about this. I’d suggest that all MC members tweet @Topps suggesting we get a crack at Dynasty as compensation for the Sapphire blunder. If that really was a mistake (who knows?), giving us access to Dynasty would help ease the pain. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I know this opinion has been shared a million times already, but after taking the weekend to think about it, I'm still very upset F1 Sapphire wasn't released to Montgomery members first.
F1 Topps releases have become one of my favorite hobbies, and I have nearly put together last year's set, which got kick-started by the Montgomery club release of 2020 F1 Sapphire. I had planned to complete every major F1 set release with the exception of Dynasty. I'm never surprised by how the major companies do things anymore, but it's no less disappointing.

Not enough boxes made of F1 Dynasty to allow 1 per MC member. Topps could do a lottery or random but that would be about it. Still have people upset about the situation. I really doubt Topps has these for sale on their website on Wednesday.

All the talk about F1 Sapphire not dropping as MC first and the $100->$700 Year Over Year price increase, but did Topps website work better for manual checkout users??? Personally I feel like it had been many months since I was able to get anything good on Topps outside of MC stuff. I feel like there were many other manual users who were able to get some boxes vs a typical high demand public release. Not sure if that was becuase of having a large supply of boxes, or if Topps deployed some sort of new bot protection???
Just looking for others thoughts on this. I am thinking more manual users scored because of the supply, but that is just a guess. |

I always wonder why people aren't mad that there isn't a specific time given for when highly desired products are releasing?
I would argue that's more fair than releasing it at a 'random' time because the link monitors pick up the links early and notify their members so it's not like anything will ever be a shock drop to botters. But for actual 'hobby' people there is almost zero chance unless you are randomly reading twitter or the forums when a product is released and by then it's probably too late.

They should just print to demand. Give everyone a week to preorder whatever amount they want directly from Topps, then print it.
