And I'm assuming the answer is no, but do you know if COMC will treat that as an actual cash out, with all of the tax implications/forms generated if over the threshold, etc? Wouldn't make sense to me since someone could just add $600+ in store credit from their bank account and there's no reason that should be getting taxed

I've never gotten any tax paperwork from COMC (though I have declared every penny of activity to the IRS). I don't see how this would trigger anything, since you're using your credit balance. But I also haven't cashed out in the past few years, so I don't know. I would imagine that if any tax forms are filed, it would be with paper checks. Even if they transfer cash to your Paypal account, the tax forms should be generated by Paypal if they're required.

I don't think transferring eBay items to COMC is probably a good option for a retail buyer with $0 in their account, who has to fund their COMC account with money from a different source (and probably pay sales tax on the credit as well). It is a useful feature for people who sell on COMC and who frequently have COMC credit lying around in their account.

When you do buy an eBay item, they treat it like any other purchase. For instance, an item with a hammer price of $2.25 shows up as an item which was purchased for $2.50. It doesn't show up as $2.25 for the item with a cash-out fee of 25 cents.

They leave the reporting for Paypal withdrawals to paypal.

Im not sure how the check reporting works, since that process was updated this year. Im not planning to request checks anymore since they take 2-3 weeks, if not longer.

Only a few more days to decide what I'm going to do.
1. buy the cheapest 20 cards on my watchlist so I get free shipping. I have other cards setting there for months.
2. go for the best buys and spend more on 20 cards. I purchased store credit so I could jump on any great/good deals.
3 buy a few nicer cards then the cheap one to get to 20 cards. This is looking best for me as of now.

4 days of looking and only finding 5 cards that I feel that are a fair price. Everything else is 50% to 200% over what I think is fair and willing to pay. I'm just cheap I guest.

Appears the hobby has gone way above my means of buying more than a few cards here and there when they drop in price. Back to looking through trading sites again.

Do you ever load up a cart and then make offers to sellers? I know sometimes that can backfire, but if you weren't going to buy the card at the listed price anyways, can't hurt, right?

I have made offers on 4 cards on Monday. Canceled one today as he always let it expire. One was rejected. The other two are the max that I will go and if I need money, I will cancel them. Will let the ride through the sale.

The "Add all X items to cart" link (top right of page) the doesn't seem to work for me on Chrome or Edge. The button on bottom does seem to work.

Same issue for me on my iPhone.
I had the opposite issue on my desktop yesterday. Bottom button would send me to a “failed” page with no option of going back to the previous page. Had to restart a few of my searches which was frustrating.

It hasn't been working for me for well over a month.

I complained to Customer Service, but they wouldn't acknowledge the problem. They simply said "they couldn't duplicate the results" and wouldn't take any actions to try to resolve the problem.

I have tried on both Windows and Android, on a tablet, laptop, and desktop computers, and on Chrome and Firefox browsers. I've also tried changing many settings (cookies, etc), but nothing has helped.

I get the "failed" webpage also. Sometimes the cards will get added, but more than often they don't get added. Very annoying.

I'm going to get a shipping request of mid-high end items. Do you know if I can request magnetic holders(i'll pay a premium)? Or even new toploaders instead of used ones?
Is there a way to get them to ship Fedex instead of USPS?

Not through their normal shipping process. You'll have to contact them by Support button or email to even ask. But I would guess FEDEX is a nogo because of the $1000 limit on insurance for collectible items, unless you provide them with a collectibles insurance policy covering the transfer.

Maybe you can fly out to Seattle and pick them up yourself?

Eh too lazy to fly there. I may be able to do USPS, I'll just contact them tomorrow. Was hoping someone had experience doing it. USPS has been sloppy on signature confirmation.

Anyone notice that they charged storage and security fees for participating/having items in the Spring Sale (because it is charged at the first of every month).

Kinda unfortunate for some of the big sellers/flippers on there, (luckily I only have a few I posted for sale that I might eventually ship); curious if they may consider wave/credit those fees charge for this month.

They always charge storage at midnight, Seattle time, on the first day of every month. The security fee is accrued every day, at the rate of 1 cent per $1,000 asking price per day on items over $50. This is paid at the first of the month, but it accrues throughout the month.

For the Spring Sale, they aren't charging the usual $1 per 10,000 items that they normally charge to launch a sale, and they also aren't charging the 1% of original asking price that they also charge sellers during a sale.

They still charge the other fees, though. The 5% transaction fee, the storage fee, and the Enhanced Security fee.

Is this link working for anyone, to add an entire quantity of a card from a seller?

There are many sellers with large quanties of single cards that should be selling, but they haven't, even during the sale promotion.

No, I reported it to support today and they're looking into it. That's the link I was talking about. The button at the bottom of the screen will let you put the 12 from the page in your cart correctly.

Sorry. I didn't realize that was the link we are talking about.

It isn't working for me at present. I was also having trouble with it in January / February. But I rarely use it, so I hadn't noticed that it was still not working.

I first reported the issue back in December, and after a dozen emails over the course of a month I gave up communicating to customer support about the problem. I figured they didn't want to take the time to resolve the issue, didn't think it was important, or just didn't care.

Ended up selling 36 items, $134 in sales during this sale...better than I thought I would do after the slow start...

Flipped some old Bowman Josh Hader autos that I had bought to flip FOREVER ago, still made a profit on them, also flipped a Mantle, other than that it was almost all small $$ cards
