Ben just shouldn't be dressing like that and watching from the sidelines. Most of Australia has turned on him now.

He's full American in my book....

Seems like the refs have been favoring the millennials in this Miami v Atlanta series. Whenever anyone over 30 whines the refs are like - 'that dude has been in the league awhile so he's probably telling the truth".

What do you know the Hawks did that 3rd quarter thing they are so good at. 9 missed free throws and only created 2 turnovers. How great are they?

Blame the ref's. They don't like millenials.

If Trae not hitting shots he puts the hawks in a really bad spot and the Heat just exploit the hell out of it. Doesn’t help when everyone besides Hunter plays like crap. Heat D is really good but Hawks missing a ton of shots should be hitting.

Not even taking shots. One blowby layup that he missed; otherwise just launching embarrassing 32 footers.

He checked out.

I watch until the end as well but this is bordering on cruel and unusual punishment

I know it’s how the nba is these days but no matter what teams are playing they just take bad shots. No one tries to rebound since they are worried about giving up a fast break. It’s just shoot and run back down the court and so on. It’s boring to watch these games sometimes.

And with that, Trae secures his second triple single of the series.

I don't get this team

Heat bullied the Hawks all series. Maybe it was just "playoff basketball" but if that's the case, Atlanta would know more about it recently since they made it to the WCF last year and Miami got ousted in round 1.

Regardless, Atlanta didn't match the intensity for whatever reason and will be fishing next week.

2 years of the play-in tournament and both 9 seeds will be out in 5.

At least when he drives he can kick or take the floater, he’s not even trying to drive at all, which hurts since he usually has Capela or Collins at the rim for dunks or Huerter/Hunter/Bogey/Gallo to kick to for open 3s, hasn’t happened this series at all really

Trae has been just plain bad all series. I mean you’d have to think he has one monster game but seems unlikely now and too little too late even if it happens.

Agreed. He looked defeated out there. I wanted to see the villian we saw last year.

See: the Heat's #1 priority this series being taking Trae out of the game (Bellichick style)

Gotta give the Heat credit. They’re playing good, fundamentally sound team basketball. Virtually no turnovers, getting every offensive rebound playing sound defense and giving up no fast breaks

Hawks were awful after the first quarter tonight, but being a young team playing against a team like Miami must be incredibly demoralizing if your shots aren’t falling as you know they’re going to do everything right and not make any dumb mistakes.

Honestly would probably be better for the Hawks this series without Trae, he couldn’t guard me let alone anyone in this series.

He probably wouldn’t need to guard you but get your point. His defense sucks
