It is his mess? Yes.

Could anybody in the NBA win a title with this roster around them (and the current health situation)? I don't think so.

It is what it is.

I'm glad that some of the narratives for him have been blown out of the water the past few years.

"He can take anyone to the Finals."

"He has never lost in the first round."

"He would have done the same thing in the West that he did in the East all those years."

So I thank you, lebron, for shutting down those narratives

Someone else mentioned it earlier, but it's pretty crazy that this is lebron's 4th year with LAL and 3 of the years have been total duds.

Also, they were behind only the Nets in preseason favorites to win the title....

Lol at this post. That happened after he turned 35, with 15+ full seasons and crazy Playoff runs. Come on now!

And that's coming from someone that considers MJ to be the unquestionable GOAT.

They were the preseason favorite to win the West for a reason and they are going to be in the play-in. That's embarrassing however you want to look at it.

I was just pointing out that the lebron lovers have lost about all the arguments they used to make as to why he's the GOAT.

I get what you are saying but who, in the right state of mind, really had them as favorites this year. Everyone new Westbrook was a bad fit, Davis is made out of glass, LeBron is getting older and the supporting cast was pretty bad and old. You are right though that if they miss the play-in, which they probably will, it's gonna be a colossal failure.

With injuries to key players on both Clippers and Golden State pre-season I’m sure the media narrative was to sell the Lakers as the odds on favourite. Makes complete sense from that stand point. Add in Lebron and his marketability and you have a perfect mix. From a purely basketball stand point that’s a different story.

Lakers were the favorites out of the West with +400 title odds. Only Brooklyn at +225 was better.

Lakers defense is so bad they just let Maxi go coast to coast in four seconds for an uncontested layup.

If LeBron or AD play another minute this season; they deserve what they get.

Lebron is definitely coming back to play at least 3 games. He wants the scoring title.

Lakers gave up 82 points in the first half... the most the Lakers have given up in the first half since 1959.

Westbrook -22
Anthony -21
Augustin -19
Reaves -18

It appears that Paul Millsap, who Gomiamigo thinks is on equal par with Andre Drummond, is getting taken to school by Giannis.
If Philly win this game that strengthens Embiid for MVP. However it's doing it with a 20 point scoring All-Star teammate in Harden... So does it really count?
If the Bucks win, does Giannis become a real contender for the award?

Ya, I wish the Sixers would get this version of Harris and Harden every night.

Just gonna point out the obvious.

TNT - Lakers-Mavericks - Mavs up almost 30

NOT ON TNT - Bucks-76ers - Playoff style basketball

Why can't TNT/NBA Flex games late in the season like NFL does?

Looks like Shaq might be saved by a 29 point lead. Will Luka play another minute? Shaq bet Luka wouldnt score 35+ or he'd wear a pink suit on Thursday. Wade is wearing one tonight.

Luka has 34 thru 3 quarters.

Probably because CA and TX make up more than 1/5 the population of the country. Game was a blowout early though.

Giannis is so locked in RN. Dude is just something else when he turns it on.

You can't tell me TNT wouldn't prefer Bucks/76ers 114-111 1:42 to go compared to this sh%t show we are currently watching.

How well they're playing in this game (now) is irrelevant. They are competent players/scorers. Far better 2nd/3rd options than many other teams have!

Glad I bought league pass at the discounted price a few weeks back.

I'm watching both DAL/LA on TV MIL/PHI on my laptop. I mean real fans probably would prefer the competitive game but there's a lot of casuals and die hard Laker fans that will watch them even if they stink.
