Any idea on when these will ship from experience it is usually the day of or one day after it shows Label Printed It ships. But I have one showing only 1 card graded today and Label Printed several weeks ago. This is just weird

I think it is a bug or they didn't update it. My 89 order also showed 89/1 label printed, and shipped after about 10 days

Does anyone know if it's possible to track your grading order if it's your first-ever submission? I sent 2 cards express last week and received an email on 3/18 that the grading process had started but nothing mentioning how I could track the progress. I know they don't give you an official account number until your first order is shipped back to you so I'd assume no but just thought I'd ask.

Quick update on my economy order from JAN 2021

I spoke with Customer Support earlier in the week; and they said they were still working on NOV-DEC orders. Didn't say anything about starting JAN orders yet. However today i noticed my CC was charged yesterday and the site now shows label printed. So maybe i'm lucky and one of the first Jan orders; or maybe it's a glitch and won't ship for a few weeks/months.

I submitted an order to BGS for the first time; just shipped off my card to them today. I have my online submission form PDF that I saved when I submitted my order, but I can't find any actual record on their website/my account that the order exists. Under account tools - orders, there is nothing. Under "my orders" on the general grading page, it just takes me to a blank page that says "my BGS orders" and nothing else. Does it not show up under orders until they actually receive it?

yes. under what level did you send? FWIW I sent my first order of 2022 this week, $150 Express and looks like it's moving along pretty quickly. It shipped 3/21, delivered 3/23, received email from BGS 3/24, showed up under my orders 3/25, with a "deadline" date of 3/30

Appreciate the info. I sent express level as well. I was expecting an email and for it to appear in my orders as soon as I clicked submit, but I guess that's not the case. Thanks!

Update Just received my economy order from 11/2020 a few days after Label Printed and also they just sent out my order from 12/2020 1 day later.

Several late October and early November 2020 Econs have showed up in the population report. I have six BGS submission PDFs moved to my "incoming" folder currently.

Noting (again) that I subbed once per week across 2020 expecting pop once per week and they are continually instead popping in large blocks and not necessarily in chronological order.

Also, as of February 2022, all Guaranteed orders from 2020 (before they terminated NG) have been returned.

I have out standing: 10 with subgrades and 18 w/o subgrades from late 2020 until whenever they paused economy.

Well, it shipped out yesterday, and should be here Thursday. All things considered, I guess I am pretty lucky. Hopefully the grades are sufficient.

Also got a shipping notification yesterday. So total door to door time is going to be about 8 business days, in and out of BGS in 3 biz days

Overall, I am very happy as I obtained multiple POP 1s and every card I considered big received at least a 9.5. This was a good learning experience for me as prior to this submission I had only ever submitted one single card.

100 card economy arrived... and this was certainly my best subs in many ways, and worst in many ways.

Breakdown

BGS 10 - 9 including 1 Black Label (First out of nearly 400 cards submitted)

BGS 9.5 - 54

BGS 9 - 23

BGS 8.5 - 8

BGS 8 or less - 6 (One i knew going in was less than 8)


So overall, i was very surprised and pleased with all the 10's and a black label. When doing the unveil i saw lots of 8.5, 8's to start and was like, what's going on. I'm pretty good about sending mint or better stuff. I've been at 86% mint or better the last 2 submissions.

One thing i noticed on the 9.5's .... i think only like 2 of them were True 9.5's and like 52 of them had a 9 in the sub's. so min gem.

A lot more low grade 8 and less, than historically. It's pretty rare to get an 8 for me. Had 3 8's , a 7.5, and 7. Seems like BGS has been grading harder and harder on prizm/chorme surface type cards.

Does anyone have any recent orders they did with standard at the reopen $50? Is it really moving at 6 months or did anyone get stuff moved along quicker?

Officially BGS is quoting me 4-5 months, but my cards went from received to moved to repository in 4 business days in early March. I'm hoping that means it's much faster than the quoted time.

I did, it only take me 1 month for grading. I think the business of bgs was poor recently. so it is fast and grading better scores now

I didn't really feel like they graded better scores. They still absolutely hammered surface and centering on my order. Of the 65 9.5s on my last order, only 10 were true gem or gem plus. I felt lucky to get the amount of gems I did though. By the time I receive my order in the mail it looks like it will be a total of 14 and 1/2 months door to door.

My order shows graded as of this morning, but not shipped yet (just says label created). When will the cert number show up/grades pop? Does it not happen until the order actually ships?
