Yeah I would assume this time of year is best time to sell hockey cards? Personally during the summer I mostly forget about the hobby in favor of other things.

I never thought it would sell that high. I think same buyer has the retro gold connor and matthews. Any idea on the gold pmgs not retro are worth? I know not as big but should be good still.

Gold krill retro pmg bgs 7.5 and gold allstar connor in the next goldin auction. Any guess on the Krill? My guess after the crosby is $50k coming off that hype.

Is there a general price ratio on retro gold 1/1 vs base gold 1/1?

Also, I remember seeing Kirill’s gold base PMG on eBay a while back. Anyone know where it ended up?

Looks like the $164,000 Crosby PMG is mislabeled by PSA. The slab says the card number is #87, when it's actually card number R-1. They got jersey number and card number mixed up.

Seller was in China i believe and he had it posted at $20k but changed listing and it vanished so maybe was fake listing

Someone went all in on the retro set. Wonder what they'd realistically sell the lot for. Current asking price comes to around $800 USD per card.

Difficult to say, they should send whole set to auction house and find out.

They dont seem to promote hockey as much as other sports, think ive gotten 5-6 emails with Luka, Messi and Lebron and not one with Kirill. But the Mcdavids are relatively low as well maybe pick up steam this week..and the BGS 7.5 should be same as PSA 8 (Crosby)

Need help pricing a few cards. Greens don't sell often and Im looking to unload these strangling greens I have. Any idea on value?

If Crosby sold for $164K, what will the Ovi sell for?

My biggest question for these high dollar gold PMG sales are how will their prices hold up when these players get another gold PMG next year, and another the year after that, etc? Seems like metal universe is here to stay, so gold PMGs will be an annual occurrence
