I'm not sure if anyone has had luck with this OP but I have very good reason to believe his intentions are not good here. I had the help of another member but pass be careful here. I'm not disputing my payment after not hearing back from him. Definitely think he's trying to SCAM!

Just to be safe - don't buy from someone with 0 iTrader reviews and no eBay account linked. There are too many shady characters!

Yes I agree and I did check for both. But when I reached out and told him my concerns about that he referred me to his Mercari acct that's been active for at least a few years. He had a perfect rating there and sent me a PM so I felt better. Nonetheless still was red flags so thanks for the input! Definitely still some shady ones out there.
