As I said from day one of this scandal, if Brent truly wanted to run a clean operation he would stop doing business with all of the known card doctors and their minions, but I very much doubt he has done that because they are an essential part of his (and many sellers') business.

Safe to assume any Next Day with BGS 10 label is trimmed from my understanding.

I have a BGS 9 Auto 10 and have always wondered how in the world there are so many black labels. Never made sense to me cause these cards were very sensitive.

my insight is that I maintain that 90% of the blame is on the grading companies. whether it's pwcc/probstein whoever auctioning it, it's hilarious to me that most people turn a blind eye towards the grading companies when it's obviously their bad practices [at the least] that allow trimmers to even exist in the first place.

It's the same trimmed card from the OP. If you look through the thread, PWCC got beckett to put that card into another holder, to help with the selling.

So what happens if you buy this and then prove its been trimmed? What is horrible is that this is getting black level grade bids. That is huge fraud.

You can't really do anything but try to return the card back asap. I know if I ended up spend 25k on this trimmed card, I wouldn't have been happy and wanted a return asap.

I'm sure others could take it further but I don't know much about that.

The fact that Beckett willingly reholdered this trimmed card with a new serial number makes them accomplices in this fraud. This my friends is what a cover-up looks like. And BGS wonders why they're regarded as an afterthought among today's TPGs.

So many times people go the PWCC, Probstein123... route and just pass the problem on to the next person... Sooner of later, an owner/buyer will get stuck with one of these altered hot potatoes and hold the grading companies responsible for their fraudulent actions.

Jeromy/Beckett have even provided a good call back, when that time comes. Here's some notable responses from Jeromy Murray (Beckett President), that I pulled from his sworn testimony, regarding altered cards.
