I see he’s got you excited today.

I already picked the Chiefs by 10 plus. Just pointing out revenge means nothing

If Burrow can get the ball out quickly, they've got a shot. If not, it could get ugly. Chiefs line isn't as good as the Titans, but they're good enough.

Only gremlins get me excited.

If the Chiefs lose, I'll be here to take my lashing.

Looking at the history of Super Bowl Champions the winner will most likely emerge from the AFC. When a team losses a Super Bowl without a prior win in the game it usually takes multiple seasons to return and come away with a win. The Dolphins are the only team to avoid the pattern as they won immediately after losing to the Cowboys (and not having a prior Super Bowl victory). Outside of Dolphins, the Chiefs accomplished the feat in Super Bowl IV after 3 seasons. The Rams would be the favorite out of the NFC as they would match the 3 year pattern.

I doubt they’ll lose to the Bengals. But they should have trouble with the Rams if that’s the super bow matchup.

I agree. Trust me - I have a fridge full of Boulevard Wheat ready to go in case I get banished to the loser's lounge.

Also, completely unrelated, but I don't believe in jinxes. If they exist, they probably don't involve some random internet forums posts.

If we get a 49ers Chiefs SB I will be disappointed. But we are likely getting a 49ers Chiefs SB.

When god gives you miles and miles of wheat, you make wheat beer.

I got something better stored for the alternative outcome...

Makes sense. Go out on a high note with Michigan. It’s all down hill again losing to Ohio state for about 6 years

Rams would have more than a punchers chance. I think the 49ers would be in trouble.

Nobody wants to be in a close playoffs game in the 4th quarter against Mahomes. Rams are potent enough to pull away early if things go right, and not worry about having to get a defensive stop at the end of the game. I just don't think the 49ers could put up enough points to blow KC out of the water, unless things really went their way.

I’m the opposite, 49ers have shown in two games they are the better team and I think they give KC or Cincy the tougher matchup

Still super bummed about the Packers' loss, but this will still be an incredible two games. As is typically the case for the Championship games, you can make a case for any of the four to win today. When you get down to the final four teams there are really no upsets.

Good luck to all the teams today!

P.S. Whose fan base do you think has the highest representation on BO? Someone needs to make a poll.

I'd say:

49ers
Chiefs (Mahomes fans not included)
Cinncy
Rams

Those will be tough to top. I just hope they're not as bad as the week before that.

I could see the Rams and Chiefs doing what they did in the first half of their last games to the Bengals and 49ers without letting them back in the game and both not being close. Let’s hope they are good games though.
