This system is so screwed up. Some people securing their 5 multiple times, others left in the dust. Toss in the waiting…no way to treat customers.

1. It doesn't matter what time you enter the waiting room as long as you enter it. The spots are randomized of all the people in the waiting room at the start.

2. As long as you complete the submission of your previous 5 cards, you can get an allocation for the next event. They don't need to be arrived or checked in at PSA.

I'll add that I completed my last Economy submission about 20 minutes ago. So as long as the form is generated, you are good.

Made it through and it said I wasn't eligible to participate. I am a silver member and have already sent in on the 1st event. No idea what the hell happened.

System is screwed up because it induces people to wait (mine says 30-minute wait right now) when PSA knows full well the number of allocations they’ll give out. Just say “sorry, not this time” to anyone above 1,500 or whatever the magic number is. Even better, just ask members to log into their accounts at some point (at their convenience) during the runup to the event, then just randomly hand out allocations of 5 to the lucky enrollees. This queuing and countdown thing is insulting, unnecessary theater.

Also the lack of equitability is not cool. Some people go three for three, others zero for three. We all paid the same membership dues. We should all get similar value. Better system to ensure all customers get value from their membership dues would be to institute some measure to balance things out. For example, if you get your 5, you’re not eligible for the next event. That would help level things a bit.

Maybe I’ll go three for three with the next batch, but I don’t know if the time is worth it frankly.

I was 1850, and event went full when it hit 305. So that means they accepted 1545 submissions.

As for not eligible to participate, I got the message and never received an allocation before. PSA needs to even out the allocation process so that everyone has an allocation. I was 330 in line.
