Default Upper Deck Screwed Up Big Time

I pulled a exquisite Igudola patch auto #'d 1 of 1 and it stated it was sent on Sept 7th. I still have not received it and they are still trying to track it. They can't seem to find it. Has anyone had this problem with a 1 of 1 from such a high end product? If so what did they do?

Upper Deck does not track there shipments. If you don't get your card you may have to exchange for something of "equal" value. UD usually sends you something more than the value of the card when mishaps happen.

what a joke!
You would think they might give a crap but they have way too much stuff going on with new products and these anoying redemptions. You would think they might have learned by the past.

i had the same problem. i pulled a michael jordan autographed patch from sp game used. the first time they shipped it out they said it was on it's way. i waited for 2 month and still never received it. i kept calling them and finally they said that dhl lost the card. upper deck said they made a claim with dhl and had to wait a little longer to find out what will happen. finally after a month and a half i finally received my card!! what you should do is call upper deck once a week to see the status. have them check every shipping supplier they have. they should have something on record that it has been shipped out to you. try to keep talking to one person if possible. get the name and extension to reach them. i think you will probably be talking to brandon or barry. those were the two guys i kept contacting. good luck man! hopefully you won't have to go through what i had too!

I had a similar situation to jjkicks, except it was a Lebron Autograph. Customer service gave me the DHL tracking number and it was stuck at the LA depot for almost a month. UD filed a claim and I eventually got the autograph. However, by the reaction of customer service, this did not seem like it was an uncommon occurance with DHL.

You would think also that DHL knows who the shipper(UD) is and may assume that there is something valuable in the package. The only thing that is on the package they send their redemptions in is a label with your name on it and a label with the Redemption code on it.

hey BNJ,

Have you heard anything from Upper Deck lately? Did you try calling them to get a better status on your card?

I had an Ovechkin trilogy plexi autograph that never made it, and because UD shipped ANOTHER card of mine the same day as that one, when I told them about it, they said, "We have DHL confirmation that the card arrived." I told them that was the OTHER card, not the Ovechkin, and it didn't matter. So I got hosed -- yet again but in a different way -- by Upper Deck.

That sucks Tim.

I have a friend that bought something from a company and the same thing happened. I am not sure what they did to fix it, but the did.

Don't they affix tracking numbers to their records...it would easily show which card had been shipped (and in what package). Heck, even the weights should be different on the plexi auto's verses a different card.
