People saying anyone could get one… they were live for like 5-7 minutes this year, so if you happened to be anywhere but online at that time it was easy to miss.

So what your saying is Fanatics (Topps Email) warned us yesterday that as a MC member if we bought then we couldn't buy at public release. Assuming they have the technology to police that, why say it if you don't, they can manage that but not bots completing multiple transactions?

The "get a bot" is easier said than done..not everyone wants to be a flipper or have the capital to buy thousands of dollars worth a product in a sitting. Also im assuming the bot fee is high? Also isn't hard to join good bot groups? I've seen people screenshot guys begging to join groups. So yeah..it's not just as simple as "get a bot"

I got my 1st membership and I bet it was live for 5 minutes? I tried to get a 2nd and it was gone. I was hanging around here refreshing when it went live.

If Topps wanted to cancel bot orders, they could do so very easily. They're too lazy to do it.

Topps/Fanatics should care that their product gets into the hands of more collectors and less botters. Yes, I know collectors also flip product (myself included) but a lot of that money is put back into the hobby compared to the botbois.

It was known a few days before they sold them and it was posted again once they were live. I was able to purchase 3 accounts this year without any issues. This is right. I just went back to look at the old posts. Someone posted at 12:40pm EST that they were up for $600 new membership. Then the dreaded Topps Q hit probably 3-4 min later. And the first "sold out" post was at 12:50pm but it most certainly was gone before then.

I remember wanting to buy another but had something come up at that time. It was very, very easy to miss that small window.

So, yeah, it was really short even at $600.

Don’t feed the trolls. It’s clear it’s not a good buying experience. Topps knows it too.

Remember lotteries? Not sure why they abandoned that. Perhaps they thought higher prices would prevent instant sell outs. Foolish if so.

Last year's new membership looks like sold out in less than 10 minutes. The year before, the window was open for longer.

Probably a huge uptick in new membership sign ups after people saw what GPK, UEFA and F1 were doing in the secondary market. Will there be a repeat this year remains to be seen. Topps/Fanatics may be getting a bigger piece of the pie this year after this initial sapphire offering.

The way some posters say things so confidently that “anyone could have one” etc sometimes it makes me question whether I’m the only one who doesn’t refresh blowout every 3-5 minutes when something is dropping and that’s just the standard these days

Last four complete set sales were in August 2021...400, 510, 549 and 650 being the most recent one on 8/30/2021. Nineteen sets sold in the last 365 days...three currently available.
