Yea, I'd love to see an actual auction instead of the crazy "buy it now" prices. I'm a White Sox fan and I want to get the Kath spot, but color only is super, super high risk and the price is still a lot higher than I expected. And that's when I thought there was base and color and that they weren't redemptions!

I hope the spot goes crazy and has a ton of hits. Just frustrating when this happens (I know it occurs every year to a few players).

I just saw his chrome draft pick printing plate auto redemption listed, so they at least made the cards if they have the plate. I only saw insert autos of his, so this is at least good news for the regular CDA spot…

I hear ya! I know you’re a big sox fan too b/c I’ve seen you chase them (and beat me haha) plenty of times before. I also like Kath and have been racking my brain over the spot. The spot itself doesn’t scare me as much as my wife opening up the cc statement does!

Could be just the printing plate for Chrome, which they are all, and then he signed the plates. Just want to see 1 up on eBay. LoL

I believe it’s a new card produced since it has the “Topps certified auto issue” typed on the front, meaning they couldn’t use the same plate? I might be wrong, but I do know the plates also have that writing on them, where the base chrome plates non auto do not. Just talking out loud here…

I don't think SP'd autos are due to printing but due to not getting the signed cards back for a variety of reasons.
