2021 Transcendent Shane McMahon Autos?

Two of these have shown up on ebay. Problem is, he's not in the set or on the checklist. Are these unreturned cards that found their way into the market? The autos to me look a little suspect but signatures change. Thoughts?

The 2 auctions seem to have disappeared from ebay.

The seller pulled them. I sent him a message when they were up asking where they came from and here was his reply:

"These came into my shop on trade this week, a lady brought in a pile of stuff and these were in with them. I am being told there is an issue with him not being in the set so i have pulled them and they will be tossed. Thanks yo you and others who brought this to my attention. Thanks"
