This is exactly why Westbrook is the worst player in the NBA (not hyperbole). Yes, he ranks at the bottom in terms of every metric but when you factor in the amount of money he's paid by a team, it's just impossible to win with.

Has been for a few years now. Something happened ~5 years ago that turned him into the pile of goop he is today. Yesterday, the Westbrook was the last person to touch the ball on 23 Laker possessions. Those possessions ended in 8 points. It's nearly a quarter's worth of possessions, how is a team supposed to win when they put up an 8 point quarter, and those 8 points is the near full contribution from it's $45MM player?

Lakers would be best served to bench him; let him lead the reserves for 16-18 minutes an night. He might be able to refine his game in that role.

The Westbrook trade was an absolute heist for the wizards. Plain and simple. No matter what rustywest says.

God the Hawks game was egregious, I'm a homer but still the Suns got away with everything

Buddy Hield would have been such a flawless addition to the Lakers.........

Haha, man you really still get this butthurt over LeBron.

They were the pick to make the Finals before the season started.

They're still the favorite to win the West.

Go with whatever narrative you want. You'll be the first one crowing if they put it all together and start winning. That experience has to count for something.

Just quote me if you want to talk to me, instead of the sad little jabs in your posts. You've always been soft like LeBron.

He's still the biggest pansy in the League. Dude should be an MVP candidate. Instead he's a walking tampon. Meaning he's in for 1 week and out for 3.

I hope that team continues to be a train wreck.

Even though Luka says he's never been a muscle guy, I can't help but think how incredible he'd be with a little more speed and strength.

He needs to put a bit more work in there.

It's great to see him starting to roll.

is it just me, or are the Knicks / Cavs players stepping all over the sideline, but play is still continuing?

Ricky Rubio 37 points and still time left. Gotta get him one more good look for 40!

I mean the Cavs couldn’t miss from deep in the second half….and someone needs to remind the Knicks that they need to play defense again this year

Evan Mobley is really really good. Exciting as a Cavs fan to have a legit franchise player in the making.

Is it me or does Cole Anthony look vastly improved? He's changing my mind about him with each game.

Wiz off to a 7-3 start... And most importantly, beat an actual contender.

Will they put it all together this season? Hopefully... But really...

Last round?? Not unless you're playing with about 5 clueless people...

Bamba with a huge first quarter which set the Magic off on winning ways. I still think Cole is a bit of a hero/ball hog, though he does seem to be playing better this season.

Don't understand the Wizards' success. Their roster is ugly, yet they keep winning somehow.
