Soccer MC pre-releases has turned me into a flipper.

I have zero interest in keeping soccer but yet I know - now - that it's always worth the purchase and an easy profit.

Sapphire would just have to use something besides green to avoid confusion with the HTA green atomics. I'm not expecting Bowman Chrome Sapphire either. I am expecting Megas though.

I agree with you almost 100%. My huge concern right now is just the market not holding on anything. Stuff that would have sold in seconds 6-8 months ago sits for months now.

This really hurts these second/third tier type sports/products.

Yes, that's what I said. Although we are talking about Topps here. The would probably replace with "mint green" and just not change the color.

This is a product (as is MLS Chrome) that should be put away till the World Cup. That gives the market a chance to dip, settle, and start moving up towards that climax. Or, another angle, if you get in cheap enough is to take advantage of the time between now and then to list every single individual card you can in preparation of having thousands of singles listed when the frenzy starts.

But with that being said, I agree completely with what you said too. The market is always changing and you have to be on your game to stay in front of it.

I'm hoping most flip to breakers right now so sealed boxes become somewhat rare in upcoming years. This has a potential to be a monster. Will be interesting to see the box odds.

There will be a lot of it opened I think, but when you are talking +50k boxes, it will take awhile to see the effects. This isn't chrome baseball or prizm basketball. You won't see that kind of volume opened in that short of time span. Couple that with the smaller base of collectors for this and you get the short term bottom pricing that I mentioned. I don't think there will be big returns for the flippers right now. Not compared to some other products.

What difference will it make on some bums in the MLS.
