I think a Mountcastle card would be cool, but if it was in the first 100 or so cards of the set, people would have been losing their minds in here like they did for Adell.

They were $99 for like the 1st week or 2. At least they are not $299 like the P2020 AP's ended up being. I have a couple I am watching and hoping I can score for $100 or less

At that price point it doesn't feel so much like getting ripped off. $200 or above is a lot of money to spend on a project card these days. Even at $99 I can't imagine they'd all get botted out of existence like early P70.

Only popular players/artists seem to get better now. Plenty of cards have had AP'S available till the clock expired.
Not sure how much it was increase cost wise, but I'd like to see Topps frame each card. Probably way too expensive but I'd think it would really improve the appearance if the cards were framed.

I wonder how much it actually costs to frame the cards. At the risk of starting up another discussion about how dumb "APs" are, I think the frames really do add something.
