According to NY Post, Urbz is melting down already.

Urban can't handle losing, always been that way. It's insane to think he would walk in and dominate the NFL

He's gonna have "medical" problems in about 3-4 weeks and leave the team

The first two plays the Jaguars had on offense were a penalty and a timeout. They quickly lost momentum and struggled to get any back.

Thumbs up

Over reaction, long season. Texans have Jags number as usual.

Wheels weren’t even installed. Going to take a couple of years to even have a chance

Overreaction, but Meyer is not the right coach to lead the team. Lawrence could become the Zion of the NFL if the Jags don't play their cards right.

You are aware Zion has only played one full season with the Pelicans? And none of the top players in the league were doing much as a team during their first few years. Rough take.

They got blown out by the Texans ….

It’s going to be 2-3 years at best for Jax Trevor and Meyer

I think you're missing the point...

His point is that there are already rumors that Zion wants out of New Orleans because of the lack of talent around him

Urbz said he won’t start getting concerned until the AP rankings come out.

Not the lack of talent, though true. If these reports are true, poor coaching would drive Lawrence out within the next few years if the Jags can't find their guy.

Not a rough take when you think about it, especially if the Jags play their cards wrong.

The Jaguars are gona be a terrible last place team. The hype of Lawrence will start fading as he gets smoked week after week b/c of their terrible O-line and he continues to throw picks. Hopefully wax prices will start to drop to a more reasonable level. Panini, and the distributors/breakers they cater to, will do their best to keep prices high though as they all try to ride this money train for as long as possible smh

Well played.

This shouldn't be overlooked.

The NY Post has it out for Urbz! Today they speculated that JAX made him unavailable to Denver media because he was interviewing at USC.

The Jaguars should have traded the #1 pick for a huge bag of first/second rounders....

Could have drafted a QB in the 2nd/3rd round round and given Minshew another shot to possibly develop into a franchise QB...

If Minshew doesn't work you give the look to the 2nd/3rd rounder you picked all the while you are re-building other parts of your squad (which the jaguars desperately need to do so in multiple areas of their team)...

In my opinion the Jags are taking on a huge liability in Trevor Lawrence based solely off the fact that they could have gotten so many assets in return to re-build their team if they traded #1 overall...

I am not saying Trevor is going to be a bust by any means, but it could be a long re-build for the Jags and tuff sledding for TL the next 2-3 years, and if he doesn't live up to the hype in his first few years a lot of Jags fans are gonna be pissed lmao...

In my heart of hearts I believe the Jags should have stuck it out with Minshew... They did him dirty last year by benching him (reportedly because Minshew hid a hand injury), but still we all know it was just so they could tank for Trevor.

Hoping Minshew can land on his feet and find a starting job in the NFL... He is a very solid and underrated QB, just had a brutal surrounding cast in JAX... I'm really interested and excited to see Minshew ball out when his next opportunity arises.

I don't know that Minshew was the answer but I 100% agree with the rest of your take. Even if Lawrence is a generational talent, that's not how you win in the NFL. The Jags need talent everywhere right now.
