I received my cards yesterday ... I have to say they look amazing in their cases ... Beckett did a great job although the wait was crazy (exactly 1 year) ... over-all very happy with the results.

Do we know where Beckett is at for grading? They still working on Aug or Sept?

I have one from 8/28 that is still waiting along with a 9/3 None with grades yet but recently both have gotten a little movement on the site and have Job ID and a Card count. Just wondering how long I got after that before the grades pop

Do BGS subs not have their serial numbers stay in order like at PSA?
I sent in a 2 card premium, haven’t got the results, but saw it went through grading today so I checked the pop report and I see one of each of the cards I submitted show as graded today - 4 serial numbers apart. Didn’t see any others show as graded today, safe to assume those 2 are mine?

16-days in "Label Printing" and still no straight answer from Beckett. At this point I fear they lost my valuable 100-card order. I've had 2 other orders returned that we sent after this order (same service level). Anyone else ever experience this from BGS?

I had a 7/29 order that sat at that stage for about the same amount of time. Hang in there....

I agree. It seems like they are good at grading and casing, but terrible with communication. Could be because that they have outsourced some of their customer relation services. Or the fact they are owned by a corporate office in India. From glass door reviews it looks like the head of this beast is not connected properly.

Exact dates are sketchy because I use a respected bulk subber, but I have stuff mailed to him from early to mid June 2020 still out standing. Ideally, even if he had an unusual onslaught that month, if it took him 2 weeks to sub them, we're talking first week of July 2020 and BGS still isn't complete.

But it's someone trustworthy, so I know it's on BGS because *gestures at the rest of the posts*

Question - Don’t all autographed cards receive an auto grade? Mine came back without one. I never saw that, but I’m no expert. I thought what I read on their site stated certified autos were graded, and I paid that extra $2.

I did reach out to a rep, just thought I’d ask here as well.

I’m still waiting on my late June 2020 subs.
Someone I know just received his early June 2020 last week. Ridiculous company.

Anyone know how long it's been taking from "moved to repository" to the grades actually being available? Been about 3 weeks already for me.

4 weeks and nothing yet. This is not looking good for BGS at all. I used to love BGS because I liked their slabs, now after this I can not stand them....No communication, no movement , nothing, I have switched by BGS to SGC and so far I love the way they treat you. I have had 2 orders back in the last 30 days and they kept in constant contact. If they are able to do this and get volume up BGS might be dropped down to third. As for me I will NEVER USE BGS again after this. I have 6 Orders all from last year and 2 Over the 1 Year mark already. FYI they are located in TEXAS littler ally 1 hour from me and everything here has been opened up for a year now there is NO REASON why they are this far behind NO REASON AT ALL.......Even PSA has caught up more than them.

I have an order from 8/20/20 as well (107 cards). I am guessing we get them back by Halloween.

1) Their proximity to your house makes zero difference in how quick your order gets processed.

2) The REASON they are so far behind is because they’ve received millions of card submission…. Just like PSA…. Just like SGC earlier this year before they halted submissions and jacked prices…. And just like every other reputable TPG company.

3) PSA is still just as far behind as they’ve ever been with no end in sight.

When you submitted a year ago submission were taking 8-10+ months…. so what did you expect? Your submission to magically get finalized in 3 months?
