2020.204....when you filter to only 2019-2020 that's 220 cards that came back with a 28% gem rate. 68% 9's and a bunch of 8's. On ultra modern, mostly shiny. GTFO.

I had 4 copies of a card that I expected at least 3 of 4 would gem. Instead I, got 3 9's and an 8. Cards were 100% clean and centered. Frustrating to get those results, but they go into a stack of cards to be cracked if we can ever do it economically.

Yikes, now im nervous. Seems like recent subs are getting killed. Also looks like the first of the 2021 Standards are about to finish.

imo it is nothing but inconsistency on psa’s part. you could give those same 220 cards to another grader and get 50% gem.

I’m not doing anything differently with what I sent in and one day i get back 7/8 gems, one day I get back 1/8. I’m confident if i resub these four specific at a minimum i’ll get 2 10’s and 2 9’s.

Yeah its pretty dumb, sometimes I get 90% gems, sometimes I get 25%.

I was surprised yesterday when I saw 2021.14 in Q2. I am happy, and hope the order had a good grader. Lol. MY last PSA order. MY son has a 50 card PSA order with the team, and it is still in grading. Could we possibly have all of our submissions complete before the end of the year and back in hand? Highly probable. Now for my consigned cards to be strong (51 current) 65 or so in que and many from this order to be consigned. Let’s Go!

Once you stop trying to analyze how PSA does anything and just accept "its pretty dumb" you'll sleep a lot better. There's just no consistency

LouBob Chrome RCs have 79% Gem rate. So easy $$$ right?
I sent my sharpest/cleanest 6 copies and have gotten 5 of 6 9s in the last week

They are inconsistent and why although I sent cards wanting a 10, I examined them close, if I got a 9 no high deal. I am still making money on 9’s at the old prices on the cards I sub, or break even. Last personal 104/107 9/10 with right at 40% my usual numbers because lots of my cards are from back in the day and not ultra modern.

Man bulk 2020.326 is taking forever lol. It’s almost been a whole year since I sent the cards out. Crazy stuff.

Consignment has been open for a while now - probably at least a month I would guess.

I know that straight up Consignments have been open for a while now, but what about sending in cards to be graded? The way things used to run before the market went nutzo. I guess Jewcer calls it:

Grade to Consign? Is that service back up and running? If so, I have his PCSports sight bookmarked, and it still says SUMBISSIONS SUSPENDED UNTIL AT LEAST 7/1/21...Besides for the National, has this service re-opened? If so, at what price points?

Grade to consign I believe is up and running, so if you have subs coming back, you can send those directly to consignment. However, they are not accepting new cards for grading yet.

2020.199 standard has been in QC2 for more than a week now and it doesn't look like my cards in the order have been added to the PSA pop yet, so I wonder why it's stuck there

Wonderful question. Supposedly 3 weeks ago, but we had some changes that needed to be made/added so there is a delay. We are aiming for next week but odds are it will be late September. Its been a brutal process of changes.
