Most people don't have properly fitted N95 and thus can't wear them. Most of the mask-wearing in this country is purely 'mask theatre.' Some people can't wear masks for health reasons [MH or otherwise, esp for children] just like some people aren't allowed to take the vaccine for health reasons.

Everyone who is capable of taking the vaccine should take it, unless they have sufficient antibodies from having COVID already [which need to be tested for]. You are affecting those who cannot vaccinate due to poor immune system.

I took mine months ago and will get a booster by year's end.

Perhaps Biden and Harris shouldn't have said last fall they didn't trust the vaccines developed by Pfizer, Moderna, J and J developed under Trump if they wanted their base to get fully vaccinated [40% of African-Americans say they refuse to be vaccinated]. Usual DC idiocy.

This thread is furthering my point. I am not on any side here, I am just calling like I see it. As far as the quoted statements, those all came at some point in the last 18 months from the CDC, as my employer has based all of their guidelines off of the CDC. Whether or not any of them are factual or not is besides the point. This thing is as fluid as any situation I have ever seen. It, they, whatever, changes daily, sometimes hourly. All I know is, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that it isn't going away. We will have to coexist, it is our only option. We took measures last year globally that were supposed to curtail this. Where did that get us? To where we are today. We can't change it, it is here, and will have to be dealt with going forward. That is reality. We can all hope that it will disappear, but that chance is gone.

This is a great example of why everyone needs to fact check the information they hear. This is from a Tik Tok video that edits out the full clips of Harris and Biden. Here's the fact: both Harris and Biden said they distrusted Tumps HANDLING of the vaccines, not the vaccines themselves. A big big difference from what the tik tok video states, and then you repeated.

Don't take my word for it, look up the actual videos of Biden/Harris speaking. It's very clear your above post is misinformation.
