It's truly amazing how much production the Giants have gotten from guys that other teams gave up on.....Yaz, Ruf, Wade Jr., Solano, Flores, Gausmann, etc.

I thought they would falter at this point, but they haven't.

They play great team baseball, and deserve a ton of credit.

I think they win the division this year

Not sure who will be available in the bullpen today....gotta hope Cueto pitches deep into the game and that the Giants run up a big lead.

Giants somehow manage to take two out of three in Milwaukee despite facing BOTH Woodruff and Burnes and with a gassed bullpen.

Yet another sign that this might just be our year....on pace to win 103 games.....

Great road trip, for sure.
Consistent AND explosive when they need it makes for a whole lot of wins.
This weekend's results versus a potential playoff matchup speak for themselves.
4 titles in 12 years is a real possibility at this point.

What odds did they start the season at? Was it 80-1? I keep waiting for them to stumble but they are the real deal.

Not sure how all the numbers work but I bought a $50 ticket that pays out $2,800 back in late November. It also says +5500

+5500 means if you bet 100 you get your 100 + 5500 = 5600 when the Giants win. In your case you get 50+2750 for a total of 2800.

I like this team. Their "next man up" mentality is positively Dodger-esque.

G-Men can go up 5 with a win tonight, LA having already lost today.
LFG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They could end up hitting 250 home runs and not have anyone hit 30. Incredible.

I got them at +1600 to win the division on 5/25. They’re at -120 now.

BCraw extended for two more years! I guess ETA for Luciano or Wilson is late 2023 or 2024.

Yep.....

Posey will almost certainly get extended as well....and with BB7 having a better year than Rizzo, I'm guessing he gets another 2-3 years as well unless he tries to get a longer deal.

I'm thinking the "big" offseason moves will be re-signing Bryant & Gausman, and perhaps going after Marcus Semien or Chris Taylor to upgrade 2B over Solano.

Also wouldn't be surprised to see the Giants go after a vet SP with lots of postseason experience like Scherzer, Verlander, or Greinke.

Not a big fan of how Kapler managed this mess of a game today....

1) pinch-hit Ruf for Littell with 2 outs and nobody on in a bullpen game when Littell had thrown only 23 pitches and probably could have gone another inning or more

2) Didn't let Rogers start the 9th despite having thrown only 5 pitches in the 8th and Alonso coming up

3) Used two bench players to replace other bench players (Slater for Dickerson, Posey for Casali), leaving the bench short-handed. Using Slater to pinch-run for Dickerson with two outs and a runner on 1st was a waste, especially since he also used Solano to PH at the same time. If he wanted to get Slater in the game for defense, he should have used him to PH instead of Solano. And Casali could have gotten the runner to 3rd just as well as Posey.

The result of which is that the Giants had to turn to Tyler Chatwood as the last pitcher left for the 11th/12th, instead of someone better. And that when the Giants had a chance to win the game in the bottom of the 10th, you had Longoria coming up instead of Posey, and nobody to hit in the pitchers spot in the bottom of the 12th.
