My Prediction for next year:

Bulls and Bucks don't even make it to the Conference Finals
Nets vs Heat in Conference finals with Nets winning

Lakers win the West but its not as easy as they thought it would be

Nets over Lakers in 5

I would say the best thing for basketball would be a fully healthy Nets/Lakers finals. The storylines, superstars and the amount of hate watching would drive ratings and interest through the roof.

Game 7 of that series would give the super bowl a run for it's money

I don't think we'll make the ECF but we should fight with the Heat/Hawks/Celtics to be one of those pesky 2nd round matchups that can shock a team.

Hawks proved they were a tier above the Knicks last year... and they're all so young, they'll be better this year.

Trae Young was a post-season revelation. If he didn't go down, suspect we're talking about the Hawks. Who's left standing between Nets & Lakers is going to depend on some luck and load management. Would love a finals with everyone present and accounted for.

It’s amazing how similar these teams are when using only BO hot takes (which are kinda true):

Lakers:
LeBron - only wins titles with super teams
AD - never won anything until he teamed up with LeBron
Russ - won an MVP, only one Finals appearance with KD
Supporting cast - mostly old washed guys with 1-2 young guys

Nets:
KD - only win titles with super teams
Kyrie - never won anything until he teamed up with LeBron
Harden - won an MVP, only one Finals appearance with KD
Supporting cast - mostly old washed guys with 1-2 young guys
