Default Any Recent Re-Grading Success??

Has anyone had any recent luck with resubmitting for a higher grade?

I have two cards that came back as 9s that I honestly that would Gem 10. I'm tempted to send them back in, especially after seeing other cards floating around as "10s" that have visible imperfections than my cards.

I did crossovers on 4 cards that were 9s. No crack and resubmits, just straight crossovers. Got one back as a 10.
Others stayed as 9.

I don't have first hand experience, but the forum has discussed PSA tracking S/Ns. I'm sure there are better threads, but below is one I could remember.

I had 4 Luka Doncic Donruss Optics from a 50 card batch that were graded 9’s from my original submission. I looked them over again and they looked gem mint, so I cracked and resubmitted and all 4 came back PSA 10’s. Sometimes they get it wrong and that’s why some people like to buy nice looking 9’s.

I was thinking of doing this; however, I thought they were using some sort of DNA on new orders so this couldn't be done. Were you Luka's done before gemamint purchase or recently?

There has been success with submitting even newer PSA 7s and 8s to SGC and receiving 9s and 10s. Regardless of how you feel about either grading company, a PSA 7 to SGC 9 or even 10 is a nice little jump.

Supposedly every card that gets processed at PSA is now being scanned by Genamint technology which essentially provides a fingerprint so the card can be identified if submitted again. If the card has changes it could lead to a card being rejected for an alteration or if no changes, Nat stated, it would be encapsulated again with the original grade.

Do you have a source for this as this is not what I have heard Nat say in interviews.

I crossed a KSA 3 to an SGC 1.5 and I considered that a win! (1934 Dizzy Dean)
