That's an insane split. Good to see him handling the field pretty well.

OK. There are 17 days left until I leave for the national. I think I will do my best PEWE impression and do 17 day's of Yordan pics. I'll organize and post the first tonight. Some of them I've posted in this thread previously. Not much very high end, but there is a lot of stuff that lives in the "value" range (at least when I bought it).

Looking for Andre Dawson Serial numbered cards that are his jersey number - either #8 or #10. So looking for cards like 8/8 or 08/99 or 10/250.

Yeah, this will be good. I've seen most of it. I want to see it again.

Could you imagine a player that hits .300 with 16 HR's before the AS break hasn't truly started "raking" yet, is off to a slow start and has been considered one dimensional.....just stated that he feels locked in when playing OF....and the stats back it up?

So he arguably , he hasn't been 100% mentally....and is hitting .300 with 16 HR's prior to the AS break.

What a problem to have.....I'm hoping he does great things for the Astros

Here is the beginning of my 17 days of Yordan. I am going to start with Topps Heritage, which although it has a great following, is, in my opinion, a very undervalued set for Yordan, which is why I keep buying them. That and I have a "can't stop buying Yordan" problem.

Most of my daily updates won't be anywhere near this large, but I thought I would start off with some quantity.

These are all Base, Actions, Errors and French Backs.

The Tattoo is an interesting card. Retail only and an estimated print run of only around 200. The PSA 9 is a pop 6 (all here) and the PSA 10 is a pop 4 (3 of them here).... There are also 4 lower graded ones in the pop report (not mine).

Wow man, impressive. I think for any young player that ends up on the HOF path, the off-the-beaten-path, tougher, first year cards like the tattoo will see some nice gains.

Quiet day for Yordan today, so a smaller post. The color PSA 10s are all Pop 2 or Pop 3.

The gold is /10 above and I have another raw that I can't put my fingers on right now around here somewhere.

Never really considered going for his Prizms since I avoid Panini, but that gold is beautiful.

Do you recall shipping an SP PSA 10 to the keys earlier this year? As well as a Rainbow Foil 9 I think in April...

I posted a pic before when I bought it, but this just came in and I took a better photo so I wanted to share. I love this card.

Very nice!

This is quite inspirational, as I’ve started focusing on Yordan refractors the past few days and am buying what I can before the power surge. It’s coming……..

Thanks!

Prices aren't nearly as high as I was expecting them to be right now. Part of it is Acuna, Vlad, and Ohtani... But he's also not at the top in HRs yet and we know that's the biggest factor. I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop and to be priced out, but I think we still have some time before that happens.

Thanks! I'll stay away from your rainbow cards and you stay away from mine, haha. Your collection is very impressive.

I'm currently only focusing on Sterling for now.

I just got a hot tip from eye4talent the other day and have a big rainbow Sterling /5 card on its way to me. Can't wait. Thanks Eye!!

Nightly update. I am going to break Opening Day into two posts. Here are my favorites.

I don't remember exactly, but I think the SP's are limited to a print run of somewhere in the 200-300 range. There are 5 PSA 10's in the pop report (3 below) and 10 PSA 9's in the pop report (6 below).

Very nice. I've longed wanted one of those SSP autos.

I currently have 8 OD purples at PSA in Grading.

Haha, I probably will stay away. I've gone pretty overboard on Yordan and trying to put together several rainbows at once makes it difficult to complete just one.

I have some pretty nice stuff, but not three 1/1s nice. You have a much better shot at completing the rainbows starting with the hardest to get.
