Considering they sold out of Bundesliga Teir 1, these will eventually sell at at these prices.

I don't doubt that the product will sell out, but we've gone from where we was at the back end of last year/ start of this year were every product that was half decent would be snapped up instantly.

To counteract this Topps upped prices, print runs and flooded the market with product. Yes it's overpriced, but the fact it's a high end product and going to sit there for a while definitely proves that the market fatigue is there.

If you're Topps though does it matter if it sells out in 2 seconds, 2 minutes, 2 hours, or 2 days? As long as they mostly shift in a timely manner they are making a killing anywhere near these price levels. I'm sure if / when things start selling too slowly they will adjust prices lower again.

You and I have very different definitions of what is a "high end" product.

FYI it is also a limit of 1 per customer too otherwise I these would of sold by now imo.

It's not even that the market has cooled off. It's that Finest has been a dead brand for more than 20 years. It's close to irrelevant in baseball. And with the proliferation of soccer products, it will be irrelevant here too.

The only reason Finest is even in the conversation is because of last years product 1) was the only main release of Haaland in a Salzburg kit and also included his autos and 2) it came out before Chrome which doesn't matter to me but to some it does. Neither of those is the case this year.

I've had several people try to tell me Finest will be worth more than Chrome this year. No frickin way.

That was my first thought when reading too. With so many new soccer collectors crossing over from baseball, can only see Finest becoming a clearly secondary option behind Chrome. This is also why I always found it strange that people thought Topps would use Finest to put out their first Mbappe autos.

This, just drop the price like 5 bucks a day, they will sell out in a week.

11,000 new Bellingham base RCs
1,000 new Bellingham refractors
1,080 new Bellingham parallels
5,000 new Bellingham prized footballer cards

Calling my parents now to get them to buy a box and send it to the nursing home so I can have more than 1 from the Topps direct sale.

Most products are made in the 5000+ case range and aren't considered overproduced.

But demand in soccer is really low.

Watched a few cases get broken at my local card shop.....it was brutal.
Buyer beware at these prices. Boxes should be in the $120-$150 range.

Agree. Cards are ugly enough without adding speckles and flurorescent polka dots to them.
