Hawks only have one scoring option and he sets everything else up for the rest of the team. When Trae is shut down the Hawks offense comes to a crashing halt. If Bucks keep up this defense with all the size and length they have... I'm not sure Hawks can keep it close. Not 40 pt blowout...but double digit lead most of the game.

well, both teams should have fresh legs for game 3. Sure didnt expect to see a full 4th quarter of the back end of the benches. Very happy with todays outcome, bucks made the right adjustments to frustrate Trae. Will be interesting to see what the hawks do to adjust. .

I thought MKE would use game 1 as a wakeup call but did not think they would domiante like this. Now lets see if they can carry it over to ATL.

Hawks just got punched hard in the mouth not much more to say. Hopefully they can get back up next game. Knew they were in trouble when the Bucks couldn't miss a shot in the first quarter. They kept it close longer than I thought they would.

Side note Bobby Portis is straight up unsettling with that look he's got. Not even in an intimidating way it's just creepy

I think a lot of the focus will be on the Bucks’ improved shooting, but to me the difference was just the energy on defense and especially the boards. They were taking advantage of their size and getting plenty of 2nd chances on offense, combined with forcing Trae into 9 TOs, it seemed like they put up twice as many shots as ATL in the first half. If Jrue can continue to at least keep up with Trae on offense, while punishing him on the other end, I don’t know how ATL counters. Bogey needs some of that juice in his knee they gave Lance Harbor

If they're smart they do. Atlanta doesn't have the size to compete with the Bucks if the Bucks use it to their advantage. Game one they didn't...Game two they did.

Trae hasn't had a game this bad tho...

This is the first game I can say he honestly played poorly.

His second worst game (statistically) was Game 7 vs Philly. 21/10 with 6 turnovers. And they won.

Tonight was the only game in that span he didnt drop 30 or more... and he only paid 29 mins

about sums it up - good to see Reddish at least got to stretch his legs out a bit

Well the Hawks got destroyed in game 2. But it’s just one game. Still 1-1. Stole a game and that’s all that matters. Hope they come back strong in game 3.
