Yeah um no he is not. There have already been players called up this month that have had the call up designation. He will be the cover guy of 2022 Topps Series 1.

I have pre-ordered a few cases like I have nearly every single flagship release over the last few years.

People are wanting Wander's flagship RC. An insert in Update won't move the needle much at all. If they came up with an actual SP/SSP rc, that is a different story. But I don't see them doing that if they are putting him in 2022.

Until he comes out flat like Kelenic, Pache, Adell and many more did. Right now Arozarena has that lead over him and Franco has a lot of hay to make in order to come into that conversation. It is possible though with a strong July-September to do it though. Let’s hope he does

He had an insert in 2020 Update and no one cares about that card. Why would anyone care if they put another insert in 2021 Update?

The guy is a month older than Tatis was when he got the callup. When a 20 year old tears up the minors and makes the majors as a regular, it's as close to a sure thing as you can get in MLB.

I just figured out that if he plays 20 years and is a 1st ballot HOF, I'll be about 65 when that happens - so welcome to my retirement plan.

People are still thinking/arguing that he will be in 2021 products? What? Do these people not pay attention to anything in this hobby? Him having an actual RC in a 2021 Topps product is as likely as him having a RC logo in Upper Deck this year.
