The only COMC emails I've received are Submission Processing - which is very strange because a month ago, they went through and completed every submission. I had three cards take me negative yesterday for .85...now all of a sudden I apparently owe them $38.65

this has been happening to me with some offers. If you go into your email and click the offer it shows up like normal

My expected ship date was 6/14. Cards sent 6/16 and tracking states 6/19 delivery.

No complaints unless PO screws the shipping over which won’t be the first time. Hope it shows they’re turning things over quickly and hope it’s the same for everyone.

It might just mean that the shipping label was generated, but the cards still need to be packaged and mailed. I hope you get your cards sooner than later.

E-mailed numerous times, offered to have it listed back in my account instead of auctioned if unable to. I thought it was heading to auction since got an elite scan but just found out I can re-price it.

Is Burbank Sportscards trying to fill in the void of COMC? They have been listing tons of $0.99 cards and have free shipping over $30. I will probably be using them to by cheaper PC stuff until COMC gets their act together. Only issue with them is they have cut-off images of the cards so I will probably be upset at the condition of the cards.

Well to be fair before the summer of 2016 when COMC took the lead for items on EBAY Burbank was the big dog on the block. I 2015 Burbank was having plenty of CS complaints like COMC is having now and teamed up with Beckett to launch the Super Seller program. Items could be listed on multiple platforms and when an item sold on one they would be taken off the other platforms. This program was created because Burbank was cross listing and when someone would buy off the beckett store and then someone off ebay they would be sold out and get plenty of NEGS.

So with COMC taking a beating I would assume Burbank & New England are trying to sell as much as they can as fast as they can.

I see COMC's negatives on eBay are down slightly (probably because they're selling less stuff, but the percentage seems slightly less too) and with the overall market slowdown the last month or two, I would think they'd be starting to make a little headway into their backlog?

Are these all economy requests? Right now I'm getting 5 months lead time if I were to start a new economy request, so if they're 5 months behind, I'm surprised they've shipped anything from before Valentine's Day yet. Probably will be July-August before they get to yours (again, assuming economy)

Got my cards today, one day earlier then expected. Now to open it an see how they packed it.

If anyone is looking for a large COMC lot please PM me. I can take a video of what all is included but I think it will be around 1500 to 2k worth. Would be looking for 600 dlvd.

Ita around 200 cards with some mini heaters do not all $1 cards but they are there.

I have cards added to shipment since months ago, before the toploader shortage. Some of them have the "Remove toploader" option as I then added a $0.25 toploader, the rest doesn't have the option to add.
Will they honor the toploader added before the shortage, as there is still showing in my shipment request? Anybody has experienced this?

Yeah if you added toploaders prior to the shortage, your cards will come in toploaders.

Dang, $0.5+ per card on the Economy Rushed? It was $0.25 before the price increase right? Shipping 100 low end bases for $55 or pay $5 and wait until October

Same, regardless of 2 or 16 week. Was hoping to send a slug of cards in the morning. I sent an email. I sometimes get lucky getting fast response from that crew.
