Fatty already had higher expectations than all those guys while he was in the minors - his card prices still haven’t reached their peaks back a few years ago.

His stuff could definitely still go higher. I would however consider selling before next years lockout.

Question for vlad collectors here. I don’t PC Guerrero but would like to get a couple RCs just to have. I’m on a budget and I know I’m kinda late to the game on this but would you guys rather have a raw TC 193 refractor or a raw NNO + a 2020 heritage auto (or an auto in this price range).

If you made it this far I’m not sure why you wouldn’t wait until at least Aug/Sept to sell. I don’t see a scenario where his prices drop significantly. Just my two cents

What is the TC 193? Are you referring to ‘21 Heritage Chrome refractor?

Sorry I meant 2019 topps chrome 201. Getting all my numbers jumbled up.

It depends on your objective. If it’s for a collection, the NNO and ‘20 Heritage auto would cover a lot of bases.

The TC 201 refractor would be a better financial move, at least in the short-term.

They’ll be long term holds. I’m leaning towards the first move. Next question, 2020/2021 heritage auto, 2020 Gypsy queen auto, or 2020 topps series 1 throwback auto? I like the looks of the heritage but the signatures themselves seem to all be really streaky. I’m leaning towards the throwback 1985 auto from 2020 series 1. Or are there any other autos around the $100-150 price range you guys recommend. I would love a RC auto but I think most are out of my budget.

You can still pick up a lesser auto rc like a Topps Museum Collection auto for under $150. Its on card, has a nice hitting image and is numbered to /299

No problem. I figure a Vladito on card numbered auto rc for about $125 isn't a bad deal right now. The lesser known autos usually take longer to rise in value, but sooner or later when everyone is priced out of the big boys, they'll go to the cheaper ones.

Yeah seems like a great deal. It’s a long term hold so I don’t mind the slower more gradual increase in the price. Hopefully he stays on this trajectory then it won’t matter because eventually all his stuff will be super pricey. Fingers crossed. He’s fun to watch.

Pardon the departure from the NNO/US1/TC201 debate...

I’ve taken a recent liking to TBT cards, and got these in the other day. I don’t know if any of them will catch on like the Soto ‘54 card has, but I’d bet on the ‘88 if it’s going to happen.

The print runs are pretty low on these.
