Just had to file my first report for non-receipt.

Not bad considering how many I have sent out so far - it was an oversized jumbo card that had to go in one of the eBay cardboard jacket envelopes. Those have been problematic from the start and seem to take a long time to deliver as compared to a standard PWE.

I was hoping to buy a bunch of those in bulk from uLine or somewhere similar but it appears they are more hassle than they are worth.

Here we go again. Item shows being stuck at our regional distribution center for 14 days and the buyer has been messaging me since the 7 day mark. We're 2 weeks away from the 30 day claim period. If they request a refund now, and the card shows delivered before that 30 day mark, my claim will be denied and I'll be at the mercy of the buyer for repayment. Hoping the next policy change will be correcting this inconsistency.

I've decided to gamble and start using the eBay standard envelope, but I limited these to cards as BIN and under $10. I've shipped out 4 so far and hopefully there will not be any issues. Also, I have been pricing the shipping as $1.30, I figure that will cover the shipping and supplies used.

Have two buyers this week who claim item not received but the tracking shows delivered. One opened a case and hasn't responded since. The other left negative feedback without even contacting me first. Hopefully it's not a trend.

bigwev69-1 - looks like he hit me and one other seller, same story. Item shows delivered but he says not received.

Just update the complaints with the tracking that shows delivered, and request the negative be removed. You will win both cases if they do show delivered, and if they show delivered eBay will remove any negative for that transaction.

Getting ready to put some lower end stuff on eBay since I can't seem to sell anything on here haha.

Can someone point me in the direction of the best envelopes to use for ebay's new shipping? I've only ever used bubble mailers but I never wasted time with anything under $20.

As far as PWE... Is there a really good way to use PWE and if so what is the "shipping method" you select on eBay to make the buyer aware of what they are getting into in regards to shipping?

Another day, another tracking showing delivered but buyer says it hasn't shown up and is complaining. eBay needs to fix this or I'm dropping standard envelope shipping.

What is there for eBay to fix? If the buyer files an INR complaint, you provide the tracking that shows delivered and you win the case. They do not provide the tracking number(Pitney Bowes), and the USPS does the tracking and delivering. If anybody needs to fix their part of the program it's the USPS.

Do you give the buyer the option to choose SE or FC with bubble mailer? Items says delivered oh well. Just explain the deal with them.

Over 2000 SE and only 2 not delivered with one showing delivered and buyer saying they did not receive. I have had a high rate with the regular FC mail not getting delivered on less packages. The SE accounts for 71% of my packages mailed out this past month . I like the program it is no different than a PWE with a stamp for the most part but you can recoop if damaged or not delivered which is a plus.

You do have to wait 30 days after delivery fail to claim.

If tracking shows delivered you don't have to file a claim at all....you just provide the tracking to eBay and you will win any case that shows delivered. You can choose to refund and file the claim, but you might not win the claim if it does show delivered.

Was referring to previous comment on item refund if item lost not actually showing delivered when you are filing the PIP. If item is delivered I wont refund .

Besides PWE what other mailers do you guys use?

I bought these that eBay recommends/suggested but have not used them yet. It just seems a little too stiff and might not bend in their machine.
