This series almost mimics the Mavs Clips in that the Bucks have a tough decision to make. Giannis is the only guy on that roster that has the capability to slow KD. But they don't want to risk early foul trouble or his energy on offense.

We saw what happened when LA finally decided to switch Kawhi onto Luka yesterday. But they were forced to do it in a potential elimination scenario.

He reminds me of Rick Carlisle. Really strange decisions regarding player rotations.

Typical BO overreaction lol, Bucks clearly look rusty and also the coach needs to adjust his game plan if the 3s are not falling play D and get easy points in the paint. Also the "others" on the Nets are contributing and shooting well this game, it's game 1 let's see of the Nets can keep this up I personally don't think so and calling Bucks in 6. And Harden won't be back for the next few games and if he does that's a terrible decision as hamstring strains are very fickle and can easily be aggravated again.

Thanks for that hard hitting analysis. When you only call the player by name who played 30 seconds its hard to take you seriously.

Boy was I wrong but I didn’t think the bucks would try to get into a jump shot contest. That’s on the coaching but as players, come on, have some self awareness. Good job by the nets responding with harden going down so quick.

I’m definitely not a fan of the Nets, but it’s gonna happen as long as Harden is good to go soon. It’s theirs to lose.

If Nets can win game 2, strip club patron can buy himself some extra rest day cushion.

And I’d never admit this unless I’d had all these drinks, but still kind of a fan of KD. I might actually root for them from here on out unless CP3 gets healthy and the Suns make a run.

agree.

Nets were firing on all cylinders tonight and they clearly had more energy than the Bucs. Blake Griffin was certainly the spark.

The big question is will their support players continue to be hot?

If I'm the Bucs it's not time to panic. Yet.

Ok, is Jeff Green REALLY a rock music fan, wearing Smashing Pumpkins and Pink Floyd shirts? I hope he actually is.

If I'm the Bucks coaching staff I'm asking myself why not dominate the paint with their size and when KD already has 4 fouls go at him hard to foul him out, oh well on to the next let's see if they can dust the rust off and make the adjustments needed.

I don’t think we’ve seen too many overreactions here.

I’m certainly not calling the series after this game as outside of Giannis and Lopez (shocking, right?) the Bucks played about as poorly as they could have in Game 1.

I just sincerely hope their plan isn’t to outshoot the Nets moving forward. I fully anticipate this being the outcome every game if that’s what they try to do.

Yeah most definitely not panic time. But if the bucks are going to engage in a jumpshot contest they are not advancing. They were exposing the nets weakness and were in cruise control and then started shooting non stop jumpers, I think they said they missed 11 threes in a row in the second quarter. Nets offense was outstanding and they had a lot of overachievers. Should be an exciting game 2, hope harden is ok.
