Man. Not gonna be a good look if an improved Giannis led Bucks team loses to Brooklyn minus one of the 3 headed serpent.

There were like two straight pages of petty arguing and then a pointless picture. Take that rubbish elsewhere, so the topic remains about the playoffs. But people cannot be reasonable at this point of the season so it's not something I'm hopeful of.

DiVincenzo proving to be a big loss so far by the looks of it.

I think Bud will be gone in that scenario.

This is what I hate about the Nets being so stacked. It takes an injury to one of those 3 to supposedly make it an even playing field but that's all it really does, there's not a gigantic odds for them to overcome they have the team to still win. That's what I'm not going to say it should be an automatic W for the bucks, but it is disappointing. It's still not that surprising the Nets can withstand this injury. Really wish the Bucks would take advantage but not surprised in the least they aren't.

Bucks only chance at winning this series is staying true to their identity and stop trying to keep pace from the perimeter. They're going to keep giving Yannis those free looks.

The problem is when they can't slow Brooklyn's outside shooting. Then the moneyball algorithm prevails.

I hear you, but...

- Mike James is shooting 67%
- Joe Harris is shooting 63%
- Blake Griffin is shooting 55%

It isn’t as if it’s only KD/Kyrie carrying. Those are crazy games from guys you wouldn’t expect putting up Harden esq numbers themselves.

But all in all, this has been a tough game to watch. Bucks have seemingly had their way down low but look content to stick with trying to outshoot the Nets (which shockingly isn’t working).

Middleton disappearing again under the lights, Forbes bricked / air balled all of his attempts, Holiday shooting sub 40% and getting bodied on D, it’s still the Giannis show.

Bucks are 4 for 23 from deep today. Yikes.

Yannis doing traditional Yannis things, but PJ tucker just can't keep pace offensively with whomever Brooklyn rolls out.

That's why I've had a hard time seeing the Nets losing to anyone in the east since the playoffs started.

You run a bunch of individual defensive talents at them and their superstars are still going to end up creating a defensive mismatch off the dribble.

I agree. I think the way 20 mil+ players can get "released" and then sign for veteran minimum is ridiculous. The nba needs a waiver wire but the players association will never agree to that.

You are watching the EXACT same game I am! You need role players to step up sometimes... Hopefully nets can pull this out. Bucks will adjust accordingly next game, if they don't now

Definitely been an anomaly for the Bucks shooters today. Jrue and Middleton have to play like the borderline all-stars they are for them to have a chance. Can't really say much about Brolo, he's having a typical statline.

Brooklyn also fighting harder for loose balls.

It’s one game (that isn’t yet over) so I’ll save any overreactions or definitive statements, but this is why (even being a Milwaukee fan) I wanted Giannis to leave. Middleton has proved time and time again he isn’t the guy and I’ve never been sold on Holiday being that type of talent.

I just wanna see Alize get run.

Any man that's named after a primary ingredient in Thug Passion deserves burn.

Brooklyn just doing what they had to do today (protect home court).

Definitely can't make any definitive judgements off today. But them potentially winning minus Harden does send a strong statement.

Jrue is a clamp god when it comes to slowing almost any guard up through Dame. But Kyrie's a different breed with the rock.

Biggest of the game for me.

Next is the fact PJ Tucker almost had more minutes in the first half than Giannis. I never understand how Bud handles minutes.
