I requested an Economy Rushed shipment of 63 items on 5/15.

Estimated Ship Date: 6/7/2021
Estimated Delivery Date: 6/11/2021

Received notification that the items had been packaged on 5/20.

Package has still not been shipped.

I've given COMC a lot of slack through all of this, but their terrible customer service and user experience has caused me to stop using them. I've sold my port and will be moving on.

If you are unable to scale your business and provide a better experience for your customers, you aren't going to keep enough customers to stay in business for much longer.

I'm pretty sure less items are getting listed by COMC on eBay. I used to have about 1700-1800 of my 2100 items cross-posted on eBay. I'm only finding about 1200 now.

In January, eBay cross-posting was responsible for 23% of my COMC sales.
In May, 14%
The last two weeks specifically, 2%


Not too hard to figure out why sales are down.

Does anyone know how to change your email address on COMC? I have tried multiple times to contact them but we all know how that goes

I used funds they refunded me, from shipments they never shipped in February, to buy a few things. Again went rushed, due to ship last week of May, and have not shipped and are late.

Place never gets better. Will never add another new $ to this company.

I'm seeing about 8.8 million items for sale at present, so I'm not sure they are listing fewer items. It's possible the items they are listing are receiving less visibility.

I'm not sure if they still do this, but in the past, they would cross-post nearly every newly submitted card. This was the stated rationale for one of the fee increases a while back.

For me personally, 18% of my COMC sales were on eBay in May. So far in June, 18% of my COMC sales were on eBay. This compares with about 20.7% of my sales in February. So, it's possible I'm experiencing a slight downtick in my eBay sales, but, if so, it doesn't seem to be as dramatic.

Finally, after months and months of waiting(like everyone else), I have got the last of my cards off of COMC. It took finally getting Tim involved, and to his credit he pushed the right people to get me my cards. There were a few issues with the shipment(wrong cards sent) but those issues were fixed quickly.

I wish everyone who's still got stuff coming to them or has stuff on their site the best of luck. I'm taking an extended, possibly permanent vacation from COMC and ePack(because of COMC AND because UD failed to make an issue "right").

I don't see it brought up lately and I hate to pile on an already struggling company(mostly because I know there are a lot of "regular Joe's" who sell their stuff on there!), but my god man...1800 Negatives on eBay in the last month? I'm fairly sure it works like positive feedback as well, meaning if 1 person leaves you 10 feedback it only counts it as one(right?). I'm astounded at the fact that eBay isn't stepping in at this point.

Again...wish all you regulars the best and I can say if they fix their issues in a substantial way, I'll consider going back use COMC(ePack on the other hand, I'll likely never spend another dime!).

This looks great and an improvement but the estimated delivery date is showing 061521 still. The label has been purchased but hasn't started moving yet with USPS so I will update when that happens.

I have just had this done myself within the last couple of days and I have to say that it was processed very quickly and politely, along with another account admin request I had. All it took was a message to COMC staff from the original e-mail address giving details of the new one. Maybe I was lucky, but I was still very pleased with the way these requests were handled.

On the other hand, I am still waiting for the last 50 or so cards from a 300 card submission that was due April 21st to drop.

So it still seems that it's a case of swings and roundabouts with operations at COMC. I do get the feeling that the staff there are trying to help us customers and that things are improving gradually, though.

Looks like I will be setting a record for a cash out check today. I requested the payout Sunday and informed delivery has it being delivered sometime today. That is faster than most PayPal cashouts!

And also if you are so interested in getting cards sold to get off the site you would do well to go through your port card by card to work out which cards you are still listing at prices that way higher than market. For example, even after a couple of months of your price reductions you still have cards priced at more than 6 times the cheapest available.

I'd be much more likely to go through your baseball port systematically if I knew I didn't have to wade through a bunch of stuff priced above-market.

EDIT - Since I quoted Swipe79, I should also give credit for doing their selloff in precisely the manner I described. They got all cards to be the cheapest on the site and then ran progressive sales, with the result I have been through the port several times in the last couple of months and have bought a ton of stuff from it.

epack is a concern. I still have 960 cards on there. I requested a shipment in October last year( my first and only so far) and still haven't received it. I contacted UD and they apologised for the delay. Interestingly I recently received two overdue shipments from comc and then this week I received an email from comc saying they had shipped another package which I'm guessing/hoping will be my epack order from October.

I have not spent anything with epack for 2 months and I'll probably end up leaving a pile of cards on there because the shipping costs are too insane.

I got one 2-3 weeks ago. They finally replied and shipped out my orders from November and December. They arrived last week in the same package. Well packed and all in order.

Hopefully, you'll get a result soon.
