This may sound crazy but I wouldn't mind if the Mavs pick up Lonzo Ball, never thought I would say that but he can run the second unit and actually has improved his 3 point shooting as well

I was pulling for the Mavs tonight. The last game is in LA and the home team has yet to win a game. I really don't see the Clippers losing every home game in the series. Who would have guessed that Trae would lead his team to a playoff series win before Luka?

This is the problem with Panini's over production.

EVERYBODY has investment in Luka. So all the credit goes to him in a win. Even if he only scores 2 points in the 4th.

And all of the blame goes on anyone else, teammates, refs, the coach, whenever he loses. Even if he disappears for a few quarters while Kawhi plays one of the best games of his life.


But I'll even be more gracious than you... I don't think he had a terrible game. He had a game that all but 10 or 20 players in the NBA would love to have in that situation. It's just that Kawhi had a much better performance that any player in the NBA would love to have.

To anyone without blinders on... the story of this game wasn't what anyone did to lose, it was what Kawhi and the Clippers did to win.

If anyone can't see that... this is a wake up call to at least admit you are biased one way or the other.

As someone pulling for the Jazz, I would much rather see them face the Mavs than the Clippers. No offense to Luka. Dallas easily has one of the best players in the NBA, but they are definitely not one of the best teams.

Agreed.

That being said.. I like their chances regardless of if it’s vs Dallas or LAC. Conley or no Conley (though he’s certainly welcomed). Utah has the better team chemistry, deeper scoring, better shooting, and paint on lockdown. Better coach too. Oh yeah.. and Playoff Spida
