If you do the $1 for 2 week processing it really limits what someone is gonna send in. No surprise new products aren't showing up.

I have been unbelievably unsatisfied with COMC lately, so I started just trawling their eBay auctions for bargains. Got one recently and had it shipped to me, expecting it wouldn't arrive for a month or more. Against all odds, a $25 card came very quickly, in a toploader wrapped in a tight cardboard envelope. Any chance this is a turnaround?

I have an order COMC claims to have shipped on May 20 (I'm in Canada and the order was shipping from their Canadian warehouse, as it had previously bene in transit to Canada).

I'm located in the same province - this is usually a one or maybe two day mailing. This isn't the first time this has happened - they seem to be printing a label or doing something internally on their end that says "it has shipped" but it doesn't really ship for days to weeks after.

How long was stuck in 'transit to Canada'? I've got one saying that for about 4 weeks at this point.

Saw a few similar orders posted so sharing this in case it helps. I'm in Canada and selected Xpresspost Rushed (which was refunded after I sent multiple email follow ups)

Status: Shipped on 5/26/2021
Tracking: ---
Date Requested: 2/4/2021
Estimated Ship Date: 4/2/2021
Actual Ship Date: 5/26/2021
Estimated Delivery Date: 4/9/2021

Received this today.

It stayed in "In Transit to Canada" for about 3 weeks before it was actually shipped.

Packed well, all cards present and top loaders in everything I added them to.

Had a rushed order ship late (at least it shipped - according to them)
Had my first return today (cheap ebay epack item)
Still no phone customer service but they hired 10 people?

So after I reached out on Twitter last week, I received an a response finally. Pretty much standard reply, & will be getting shipping cost refunded.

you're not alone. i'm in Toronto and also have a shipped date of May 20th.

i thought it was strange since usually once it "ships" it easily takes less than a business week to show up. it was in transit for what felt like a month which is much longer than other requests, don't know if the two are related.

long as it's not lost or stolen, i don't mind waiting since they are entirely stuff for my PC.

I just sent 645 cards to be processed today for the first time in 2 years. Will keep everybody updated as to how it goes.

I received my 280 card order Friday and went through them. (requested 1/6/2021 to be shipped 4/8/2021) Find 3 issues that were their problems. (mislabeled) They refunded my shipping and money for one of the cards. Still waiting on the others.

I make enough errors when buying I should do not need they help.

I really worry about the end game with COMC. I keep hesitating but I really need to get anything of any value off the site that I have bought. I am frustrated having to pay the $0.50 per item but I guess I'll have to bite that bullet.

As for Forest he may or may not have thought about investing into a sandwich company called Panini. (I got the dad jokes today)

And 2 weeks isn't guaranteed, so could take longer and no discount.

You keep saying that, but I don't understand. I mean I suppose they could be late and the joke is going over my head but they are guaranteeing by giving half off if late on the 2 week and 20% on the 16.

For those of you who have shipped some stuff recently (April and May) and used the rush option...has it gotten to you near the expected date?

Wondering if I ship something out this week, will it arrive in time for the National? I have some items I would sell there, but seeing some lag times still. The option shows rushed would be "expected" June 28 or so. If I add on a few more weeks to that, I'm still unsure if almost 2 months gets it done?

I received my most recent Rushed order over the weekend. It beat the June 1 shipping estimate.
