It has honestly taken me 20 years to find this 2001 Arizona Fall League Albert Pujols SP minor league card for my collection. I had an Ebay email search alert for this card since 2001. I have seen a few graded copies, but never a raw one. It was a rare SP card that was randomly inserted into the card sets at the time along with another SP card of Jimmy Rollins. It was not in every set. Very few graded copies exist.

I FINALLY completed my collection of his minor league issues! A very rare card and obviously hard to find.

I've kept this one in the exact same magnet case I had originally received it in for so long (c. 2005) that even the magnet holding it together is starting to corrode. This is something that I've only just noticed today, so I suppose the casing will finally be due for an immediate replacement.

Yea they look very sharp indeed, have always been sleeved up!
I have some stuff to get graded, but I live in Italy so it's a big mess

So sad to see Albert Pujols go out of LA like this. Not a big fan of Maddon or the Angels for how they handled this. I am hoping The Machine goes to White Sox now, we'll see...

What should have been done? It's no one else's fault that he played himself out of the lineup.

I love his 2001 Bowman rookie the best. Maybe I will be able to afford a decent graded copy one of these days. His cards are only going up.

That auto looks funky at first glance. It’s not very bold, and appears to have been signed with the tip of a marker, rather than a larger face of the marker being held at a slant.

Not saying it’s not a legit auto, but it does look different than the other 2001 BC autos.

Interesting. I just checked PWCC's history of sales and none of the autos from their listings looks like this one.

**I don't know much about this card besides its importance.

Just picked this up today at a show. Had a PSA 10 a couple of years ago. It's hard to find a good bold auto on his Finest rookie autos. This one is a beauty!!!
