My only Giannis RC is a PSA 10 Silver Prizm. I had a plan to sell it for like 30k to help buy a house soon, but I think I'm going to hustle and get that money elsewhere. I get this strange feeling if I sell the Giannis now, it could be worth an entire house later on.
You sound like me. I have a pretty rare Giannis RC /25 PSA 10, pop 1. I've been tempted numerous times to chick it up for best offer because I'm saving a house deposit as well. I feel like I wouldn't even know how to price it though and whatever I accept now I might regret later.

Bit of a conundrum!

Out of all the Prizm Silvers ever made...

This will end up being one of the top 2. Maybe #1.

It's not top tier obviously, but it's at least something!

40/15/6 in 35... yeah, no big deal. Not bump worthy.

Yeah he’s priced with the “losing series to Philly or Brooklyn because he can’t hit enough jumpers” assumption baked in. There’s a ton of upside here, I haven’t bought anything because I didn’t really know what to go after, but didn’t panic sell what I have either

The first player with 40/15/5 on 75% shooting since Charles Barkley on 11/30/88.

He's playing better than ever. Scary.

These guys have the offense this year....

They just need the defense to get back to where it's capable of and they can make a real run at it

Just took a look at the Vegas odds, and I gotta say I might drop a couple hundred on the Bucks at +900. Brooklyn and Lakers are the favorites, but also making a pretty big assumption that everyone comes back at 100% and clicking in the next week. After that, I consider the rest of the field pretty even and the Bucks might even have the best / most balanced big 3 of anyone else on that list

I've mentioned it before..

If you don't believe in the Nets, you can make bets on Philly, Milwaukee, Miami, New York, and Atlanta to make the finals (if you size them correctly), and if any of them make it, you profit.

And like barkely I don't see a ring in his future. Great regular season player, one of the best.

Not only do they have the offense, they’re the top scoring team in league. They’re also a historically good 3PT shooting as a team as well. Broke NBA record earlier this year for most 3s made in a game as a team, had another outing that would have matched the old record, and have had 8 of the teams 12 games in history, making 20 or more 3s in a game this season.

Now if they could get that D back in shape lol.

That's the issue in my mind. 4 of their last 5 games they've given up over 130 points. Granted they're still 4-1 over that time but that's not a habit you want to be taking into the playoffs. Knicks or Heat could both be very interesting series if they don't clamp down (at least a little).

I don't believe they would have much of an issue against the Knicks. They are the team I want to face. There is no one on the Knicks that can defend Giannis. The Heat scare the crap out of me, which is why I hope they land the 4 or 5 since the Bucks will probably be locked at #3.

If the Nets win on Saturday during their noon game then I fully expect the Bucks to try to lose their game against the Heat on Saturday night.

The Heat were frightening to watch yesterday vs Philly....

They totally took Embiid out of his element an the 76ers moved the ball like it was still the Brett Brown days.

Heat
Nets
76ers

Would be a murderers row to try and get through to make it to the Finals.

Indeed....which is why I am hoping for a Sixers/Heat 2nd round matchup rather than a Bucks/Heat 1st round!

What are you guys thinking on the price of a RWB prizm rookie? I'm looking to pick one up and am leaning raw. But with prices dropping I'm considering slabbed now. PWCC has this one ending tonite BGS 9.5 the last one went for just over 2k and PSA 9s are around 1300-1500. Really going back and forth on what to do.

I’ve always thought (in general) the RWB is an underpriced parallel.

I (obviously biased) think now would be a great time to scoop one, especially a 9.5 as I think they’re disproportionately underpriced compared to PSA.

If looking for a deal I’d probably be pumped around $1,800 given the subs, though I think it’d still be a solid buy sub $2k.

I agree. They’re actually fairly low numbered when compared to silvers. Just appears a lot more plentiful because they’re loaded into one SKU.

Just did a look up.....

The rarity of high grade Giannis Color is insane...

PSA 10 2013 Prizm Giannis Parallels: 253

PSA 10 2018 Prizm Luka Parallels: 6,105

Seriously.

I appreciate you putting that together. I knew the difference was crazy, but not THAT crazy. Wow.

The RWB mosaic sells for around the same as a high graded base card. I think the pop reports on the BWR pulsar should show that there are less of those than the RWB mosaic. The monster boxes were not made in the same quantities as the rack packs. Yes, the monster Box BWR had a reduced checklist than the pulsars (Giannis’ card has a different number on both the monster box cards and the regular Prizm cards). I think the pulsar should have more value than the pulsars
