Sheesh, my first experience calling Topps customer service....so many words that I’d normally be yelling and adding swear words to but will be censored here, lolol she swears an email is being sent today is addressing this issue. And she claims all orders are supposed to ship by this week. Call me skeptical on both fronts

First thing I ordered since the epic crash of project 2020 and waiting 47 days to receive cards

I see not much has changed

Why don’t I sell you a card for 1k and after 3-4 weeks don’t provide you any tracking or give you any idea of when your card will ship.

To be fair, a lot of people got their orders already. I'd be pissed off too if I hadn't heard a peep from Topps after giving them a few hundred dollars.

You guys are ridiculous to think we don’t have a legit beef or right to mad at Topps. Lol. who cares if I’m flipping it or not, I gave them my $398 for a promised product. If there was going to be a delay of a month or longer I would’ve invested my $398 differently. I have every right to demand it at this point, just as those have a right to go through their financial institutions for their money back. Yes, I’m 100% flipping this. So what?

Why don’t I sell you a card for 1k and after 3-4 weeks don’t provide you any tracking or give you any idea of when your card will ship.

Comparing buying off a company who is probably behind on shipping vs a single person are completely different things.
I get many people are upset money is tied up but that’s the risk and it’s been known panini and topps have had issues shipping and just usps in general has been behind since COVID.

You’re absolutely right. What was I thinking? I’ll let them ship whenever they want because well they are Topps.

I will weigh in. It is unacceptable for a consumer to order a box on 4/20 and have a box ordered on 5/4 arrive sooner without explanation. Especially when others have boxes in hand. Something must have happened at Topps.

How any one person deals with it is their business.

Maybe Topps will throw in a chrome TL card to make up for it! ha!

All Topps has to do is email the folks that have orders "processing" still and say they had a distribution problem and we are working on a new ship date.

Agreed. Do I flip, yeah some stuff. Do I keep/hold some, yeah. Irregardless of that, it’s simply horrible logistics on Topps end to have so many with these not in hand still and how they’ve decided to roll it out and to whom. No rhyme or reason. They’ve released several products or variations of such since these were released and they have shipped and in many cases been received while these continue to sit. Again, to piggyback masnar, it’s the silence that’s unacceptable most. It also fuels rumors that they oversold and gets people riled up. If you’re going to look at a potential product like this and decide let’s scramble and get this together and announced before the draft and capitalize on that (assuming there’s at least some truth to this) then have a plan for the entire rollout not just the take peoples money part

I'm a Jags fan who wants to get my hands on some Lawrence now before I get priced out of the market when all the flippers and prospectors elevate his prices to levels I won't be able to touch.

This franchise gets a prospect worthy of being chased and it's at probably the worst time when product is virtually unattainable.

Although I sold 3, they basically paid for most of the boxes. I have opened 4, two /150 cards, and one auto /99. Waiting on my last 3 which I plan on ripping
