You're banking on AJ Terrell growing into a quality long term piece and then whoever you pick from round 2 on this year (and you're taking a RB with one of those picks) + Fowler being worth what we paid him.

Also, Grady would be gone in 2-years. If you take a QB you are literally banking on him sitting in 2021, potentially sitting in 2022, and being on a transition team in 2023. 2024 would be when the team is "his" with the FO having the ability to put a quality team around him. Unless they trade Julio, Calvin, Hurst, Debo, Grady in the 2021-2022 years to get assets.

I only pointed out that you said there’s no one on defense then referenced two good pieces. I get that you’re saying the defense sucks overall though.

Pitts is a bad top 5 pick. It’s hard to project tight ends and it takes them a couple years to learn the position.

He may still go in the top 5 but it’s a bad pick if he does. Also, I think the hype is partially designed to get teams to overpay in a trade up.

Lance is a guy who should come in and start immediately for that very reason. He's played two games in fourteen months - he doesn't need to sit and watch, he needs to get on the field and figure it out himself.

He's almost not a tight end though. More like a freak of nature WR who can also line up at TE

For once I just want him to do the right thing. This year its Surtain, Horn, Smith or Waddle. I'd be happy with any of the 4 and maybe Samuel Jr if we trade up into the end of the first too

I think everyone there is fully vaccinated. I've seen a lot of stickers floating around my social media with that on them. I know a lot of folks who went down there today and all of them are 100% vaccinated.
