These last 10 days of April have been way quieter than the first 10 days were.

First time this has happened for me. I had a 4 card order ($10 cards, so $40 total) - was just getting ready to pack them and noticed. Consistent buyer, so I'll just send them.

Just had a 2 card order $10.50. Premium threshold set at $9.99. Got $1.50 shipping anyway.

Make sure Max knows of these errors. Otherwise he won't look into them!

Is there a cap on shipping that a buyer pays to a single seller? Been doing repeat business with a seller, inventory that strikes my specific interests. But their additional item policy is $1.60(?) so if I buy 20 cards, even dollar cards, I wind up paying a combined $40+. I do hit the drop down "combine" for auction orders but it does nothing for the shipping cost.

Also, not sure if it counts, seller is shipping from Canada. Just making sure I'm not missing something to click to reduce my cost. I'm getting fantastic service, I don't want the seller to catch flack.

Check into box shipping. Maybe that helps.

I've done box shipping when it's a significant discount, in this case the price break is negligible. Appreciate you verifying.

Only 1 order received in the last 72 hours. I understand that I only average about 20 orders a week, but this is very puzzling.

The world is opening up, the weather is getting better, and people are spending less time on cards. I'm going through my cart seller by seller (up to E in alphabetical order at present) to work out what I've got in way of viable orders for postage and then will likely shut down significant volumes of buying until the late Fall. I doubt I'm the only one.

For me, April started out with a bang and has slowed a bit over the second half but I would call it an extremely average month all the way around. Firmly hits in the middle of the bell curve.

Have a ton of cards to add and just haven't been able to find the time - hopefully will see a bit more activity in May.

My sales have slumped as well in the last week. Like Dalston said, things are opening up and people are doing other things. Heck, I even have a lot of cards I need to list and just haven’t had the time to get to them because I have been busy.

I also wonder with the huge months if there just isn't as much stock that people are interested in... demand outpaced new listings? That's kind of where I'm at.

So April ends with orders down by 25% (compared to the average of Jan, Feb and March) and sales down by 23%, (compared to the average of Jan, Feb and March).

Mine was down a little bit from Feb and March but right on par with Oct-Jan

I cracked a few newer boxes of stuff that I will be adding, hopefully that spurs a little growth headed into May but I do think the market as a whole is slowing a bit.

I agree that April was on par with Sept to Dec. (with November being the worst of all of them).

May is off with a shot - guess a little Bowman infusion helped getting things going.

Have nearly 50% of April sales already in May - hope you are all doing well out there!

Had a good start to April, but got so busy with work and non-card stuff that I had to put my inventory on vacation for the last week or so of the month.

Went to cash out (via paypal) earlier this week (maybe Sun or Mon, can't remember exactly which day) and my cash out still hasn't shown up in my paypal. Is that normal? I had just been keeping my payments in my credit account and haven't cashed out in several months, so I can't remember how long it usually takes. Not panicking, just thinking it is taking longer than usual...but I'm fine waiting.

I can take a while - I think it requires manual work from Max.

My experience has generally been good around the first of the month - within a couple of days. Middle of the month has been a bit more delayed.

That being said, it has never drug on too long and I have always gotten payment relatively soon.

Good luck!

That makes sense...I hadn't cashed out in a while, so I couldn't remember what the time frame was like previously. Thanks

So far in May I have a whopping $7.47 in sales. lol Max might have to take away my red star.

I think for me it's partially a buying slowdown which seems to be across many platforms, and a lack of fresh inventory. With only 50,000+ and not much added for the last few months I think my inventory looks a little stale to buyers. I probably have about another 10,000 I could add, but it wont be of the new 2021 hotness (whatever that might currently be).

The weird thing is that even with my limited/stale inventory, I could almost set my watch by amount of orders and amount of sales for the first 4 months of this year. I ship same day and have nothing but positives so why would the valve just slam shut? Oh well, thanks for letting me whine. Time to list. lol

List whatever you have. Doesn't have to be the brand new sexy stuff. Just now I listed 30 or so 17 Ginter parallels minis and inserts. Earlier I listed 60 63 Topps commons. My inventory is a variety freakshow.

My buying has slow down quite a bit. I generally buy new baseball and that stuff is SO overpriced that i can't justify paying the crazy prices for new releases.
