anyone else finding top shot getting a little boring? They money was nice for a while but it just aint hitting for me anymore. I am waiting until a week before playoffs and im selling off. Just aint doing it for me. Wish yall luck it was fun.

If you were just in it for the money yeah you are going to start to lose interest now. I am still really enjoying it. There isn't much to do with physical cards either and whats nice about this is it is going to be a collectible that you can actually do stuff with, still a lot of work to be done to make the moments more useful though but even just as a collectible I like it. Way cooler to me to own an actual moment rather than a card with a picture on it.

cards are more fun to me. I dont see me being able to do much with these. Ive tried to show friends and one of them started laughing hysterically when i told him the premise. I don't see it being profitable long term.

But I’m a basketball fan. I enjoy following the players, rookie and teams. I also actively engage the TS community by watching YouTube, following twitter feeds, etc. I’m also a fantasy fan so I play Swyysh weekly. I enjoy opening all packs, even $9 base packs. The excitement of a possible low serial pull is fun for me. If I pull or buy a rookie moment for example I start following that player more carefully.

My point is, I’m engaged in TS so I enjoy it.

I don’t just open packs and wait to be rich (although that wouldn’t be terrible).

Is there any speculation on what the utility is going to be? I know, mobile game, in-person event benefits potentially, etc. but I mean more like what kind of moments it will be beneficial to hold?

I didn't know about swyysh until a couple of days ago which got me wondering. In a mobile game or whatever would legendary/rare moments be more powerful? Season 1 moments > season 2, etc.? I know, there's no way of knowing for sure but I haven't even seen speculation on this.

Great to hear people are laughing at the premise, reminder of how early we are here. The only reason they don't laugh at you collecting cardboard is because we have been trained that collecting cardboard is okay. Digital assets are the future.

I've been wondering this also. I think they are going to want to try to avoid effecting the market as much as possible so my assumption is that things that people already considering more valuable would be more valuable in the game. I wonder if they might just make it as simple as the lower the mint count the more effective it is in game.

My dream scenario (and I have mentioned it to the devs) is that the game plays out like this:




This will also kinda be a self-fulfilling for value because the more expensive the moment is the cooler it would be to show off in game. Think about the rare time you get to see the Kobe Tribute dunk in the game. The collectors of that moment would love being able to show that off. It would put a premium on the highlight itself but I actually think that is how it should be. The biggest difference between this and physical collectibles is that it represents a moment not just a picture so if the highlight is given a premium that isn't a bad thing to me.

It usually takes 3-4 days at the most. I have processed 3 withdrawals to Coinbase for USDC and the first one took about 4 days and the other 2 were 3 days each.

It says USDC, so this causes unnecessary confusion.

I moved on an Edwards 3 digit 35k and grabbed a Luka SS. Easy call. Unless Edwards becomes legit legit of course.

Probably depends on what's in your account Moment wise and how much you've spent. I already took out almost as much as I put in. It was only one transaction which was more than $2k. I'm in the U.S. and it was a bank wire if that might have anything to do with it otherwise.

Has anyone had any issues with transferring dapper to your bank account? I have a transfer that is going on 4 weeks now and I'm beginning to wonder if I will ever see it. Could it have something to do with the amount?

Did you check your email your account is under to see if there was a KYC issue? I requested my first withdrawal on Thursday and it was in my bank by Tuesday. I dont know if there is any relationship but I did have to authorize Dapper Labs on purchase transactions with my bank credit card early on because they were an International Company.
