I had 9 ult packs. Opened 4, sold 5. Made about 30% after fees .

They pulled a panini and went mass print on standard and $100 a pack on ultimate really cut into flipper returns (vs other wax drops)

I find this hard to believe, 9 packs would have ran $933, I count about 15 of the ultimate packs that went for over $200 on Atomic Hub.

i guess they did a 10 minutes streeet test where people got to open pack early. If I would have opened early would have made 5k wax. sold one card for 1k that went for 5k and 2500 early. very tilting

I only got a Standard Pack when they decided to go unlimited on the packs. Poor decision to not set a limit on the cards. ROI wise it's certainly negative with 3 common and 1 uncommon, but i do like the card and will HODL lol.

Even the Monster of Rap packs which took few weeks to sellout, provided 3-4x ROI.

Yeah I was thinking about putting more funds in to buy some. But I want them to keep dropping.

I'd think that's pretty greedy considering at least where I live there was another $3.99 of fees on each ultimate pack

I'm not familiar but the chase and price relative to traditional boxes/packs makes it worth the gamble. This is pretty much the first release I've jumped in on. I'm really enjoying it.

Still a fair number of SN1 legendary need to be pulled. If I had some more funds I'd probably buy like 10 more packs and shoot my shot at those.

Just from a value perspective, I'm not seeing much bonus to opening the Utlimate packs. Certainly not the standards. I should have flipped my Ultimates, but I thought the rarer items would do better than they are.

Aside from my complaints (which I'm still sore about) I've enjoyed being able to peruse the images of the set immediately and the transparency/visualizations of sales/volume on atomic hub.

Watching the history of sales, it does seem that the lower the mint number the higher the price. I think #1 went for 3k wax.
