Really think a huge amount of people do not know they're being charged $3.50 an auction.
Aside from payouts, it seems everything is badly delayed with COMC.

I won a card from COMC on eBay for $18.02. When I went to pay, expecting to pay 19.82 it said the total was $20.03. Why the extra .21? I thought it was just the auction price plus 10% for the “cash out fee”. I paid it, I’m just wondering where I miscalculated.

It really does feel that way.
As messed up as the necessity for Economy Rushed was - they were at least hitting their dates for orders submitted just after Thanksgiving. But the wheels seem to have come off “right and proper” now.

It's because they add %11.11 so that the amount you are withdrawing to pay for the auction includes the 10% cashout fee.

$20.03 Cashout
- $2.01 (10% fee always rounded up in their favor)

I had 2 different 3 week guaranteed orders due this week. One was 58 items due on 3/23 and only 39 have been uploaded. I had another order due of 164 cards on 3/26 and only 2 cards have been uploaded. I have had a card or two trickle in after the due date, but never this many cards missed in my submissions.

Do you guys run promotions often? Is that the primary way to gain traffic?

I sell mostly NBA stuff, and yes, I have more sales, at my asking prices, without offers, when I run a promotion. But I also try to be the lowest price on the site.

Yes they do.

They cost $1 for 11 days - a good way to see how your port does is to run a small sale for a week and compare it to the previous couple of weeks.

comc should send you an email when you submit an item for elite processing...that last issue I had meant if I hadnt realized I was still waiting for one, I would never have gotten it back...had to email someone at the top to get it sorted.

Theres no history of what you sent for elite processing right now

Is 3 week guarantee hitting right now? Seems mixed. I have a bunch of stuff ready to go, but I'm hesitant to send some big cards if they're just gonna sit there.

The floodgate of negatives are starting on Ebay. Their 30 day negatives went from 900 to over 1100 in TWO days.

they should just stop the eBay listings. they need to focus on shipping on the website first.

With the amount of people missing cards, getting wrong cards they need to pump the brakes and do a reset

They are lucky they are doing that well I would imagine. Things arent getting better for them right now, thats for sure.

Certainly calls into question if they have truly added 50 people to their shipping department.

Up to 4.3% this morning.

49% of their negatives in the last 12 months have come within the last 30 days.

I think the only thing saving their feedback is comc members having their auction winnings deposited directly to their account, it’s hard to mess that up and not get a quick “shipment”

A dozen cards appeared in one of my searches this morning that weren’t there yesterday. Someone is working weekends.

But they should just add an LOL to this note:

'This item is coming from a remote warehouse and is not eligible for expedited shipping. You will still be able to request standard shipping, but it may take 4-6 weeks extra for packaging. '

If they have hired that many, then they should just outsource shipping and handling to a fulfillment company. they clearly don’t know how to do it right.

Or they were just priced by the seller.
