Kid is 20 years old, with Oladipo gone and Wall likely after this year. He will be #1 unless he goes beserk again. This is the time to buy, or it will be untouchable.

***DISCLAIMER...I have a few things of his I am holding for the near to medium term; opinion slightly biased***
I'll be interested to see how KPJ's stats (and, eventually, team wins) hold up as/if he gets more run at PG...especially at 30-39 minutes per game. Top line at each interval is Ja, 2nd line is KPJ. I really don't think he is as good as Ja (or will be), but I figured it best to make the comparison to the top PG in the same class. I was really surprised when I looked at these splits; KPJ actually holds up fairly well in the comparison. Honestly, if the kid puts in the work to improve AND stay on the court, he has showed he has the tools to be an impactful NBA player. I guess the other part of the question is can he put up the numbers on a winning team or is he a stat sheet filler on a bad team? Only time will tell.

He definitely now the Cavs guy. He plays like Harden (who he models his game after) except he is more spectacular in drives to basket and less complaining. |
