So this is my first time ever with PSA and it is an express order. When I woke this morning I noticed I went from grading to QA1, by 10 am it went to QA2 and at lunch I noticed the list disappeared. Does this mean I should expect shipping soon once the list is gone or should I not look into that too much?

Also I was previously getting an email every time my order bumped a step until after grading. Is that normal?

I'm being serious. Why do we put up with this crap? If they wanted to do the ethical thing they'd just completely shut down the lower tiered stuff for future submissions until they get the backlog cleared or *at least* down to 2-3 months.

For 200/card this should be beyond embarrassing for them, and if anyone gives me grief for the "YoU KnOw WhAt YoU sIgNeD uP fOr" angle then I'll definitely have a reply to that.

Agreed, man. Test order out to CSG today, we’ll see but so far from what I can tell they seem to have their act together and I think they have a shot to move up the ranks. I use SGC for PC as well but fully realize at this point SGC is what it is and will never take over a top spot.

I know exactly how you feel. Therefore I have gone all in with CSG. I got tired of being upset and still sending my cards in. I think CSG provides a real viable alternative that actually has appeal. Might I lose out on possible value? Maybe a little. I mean PSAs only real benefit comes if you actually get a PSA 10. Anything less and your wasting time and money.
I still have 1500 cards at PSA, but I am done with it now. I sent economy orders in July and they are prepaid! Still not even through grading. It may not make a huge difference, but let's face it, the only impactful thing you can do is take your business elsewhere.

THIS IS THE WAY! CSG!

Got my first CSG slab in the mail today from ebay and let me tell you it is amazing. The label looks goofy & big as hell in pictures but the slab is actually a tad smaller than a PSA slab and the label looks much better in person. Case is crystal clear, and best part SUBGRADES! So you actually know what you are getting dinged for! Got 100+ cards I'm prepping for CSG currently, can't wait to send them in.

Oh yeah bro I actually fired off a 104-card order to them on Saturday!

I think they're going to make a serious dent and I want to def get in early.

Super Express finally popped!

So this was a 1996-97 Topps Chrome Kobe Bryant rookie that a co-worker found in a binder that he has had stashed away since the 90's. When he moved here last March, he was about to toss all the sports cards but I told him to bring them and I'll take a look once covid calms down.

We finally met up a couple weeks ago and the card was a beauty. Zero greening and in a toploader that was nearly 25 years old. It just popped with a PSA 9 mint grade! Along with the chrome was a nice notebook of other Kobe's. Nothing crazy, but most of the low to mid end rookies were there. I sent in 3 other cards via Regular service that we might get back in a couple months. Now time to try and buy the chrome and notebook from him!

Gem rate is yikes but at least the 2 gems were good. 2011 Aaron Rodgers Chrome crystal atomic refractor, and 2018 Prizm W. Cup Robert Lewandowski Red mosiac. 2 of 3 best cards gemmed.

For those that sent in incorrectly labeled cards for correct labeling, my small batch of incorrectly labeled cards:

Arrived at PSA (with their FEDEX prepaid ground shipping label): 2/1/21
Entered into their system: 2/12/21

Got email today, 3/22/2021, that "grades are ready"...since it wasn't for grading, the email serves as notice to me that they're finally done with the cards...but will see when the cards actually SHIPS and by what means since it's on them. Probably 2 months end to end.
