I’ve had a regular order in QA2 without a list since late Thursday. I wonder how much longer I’m gonna have to wait.

How long has it been taking to start the process for "Super Express?" I have a sub that was scanned as arrived by PSA on 3/11, but still waiting for the start of processing (order prep/research&id). Look forward to hearing your recent experiences. Thanks.

When you guys refer to “the list” is that the view details list? I have an ultra bulk order in QA2 since 3/12.

I, like the poster you were quoting, sent in my Super Express order on 2/27, and bc I live in Los Angeles it was at the Post office in Long Beach the next day.

PSA checked that same order as "Arrived" on 3/10, so a week and a half between it arriving at the Post Office and "arriving" at PSA.

There has been literally zero movement on it since then. Not entered, not graded, nothing.

Mine is the same exact #@#@#@#@, except they marked mine as "Arrived' on 3/10, not 3/15, so almost two weeks it's just been sitting there after arrival.

200/card so you'd think they'd put a move on it.

For all those with Super Express issues, I can confirm they are falling behind on those as well. Mine arrived 3/10, finally logged on 3/19 at 2am, and went into grading today. The customer service rep I talked to last week said this service was getting more and more delayed with everything that piled in at the beginning of March.

AT what point does this hobby say enough is enough with PSA?

I'm being serious. Why do we put up with this crap? If they wanted to do the ethical thing they'd just completely shut down the lower tiered stuff for future submissions until they get the backlog cleared or *at least* down to 2-3 months.

For 200/card this should be beyond embarrassing for them, and if anyone gives me grief for the "YoU KnOw WhAt YoU sIgNeD uP fOr" angle then I'll definitely have a reply to that.

I suppose when you can no longer turn a $500 card into a $10,000 card by paying $300.
